The staff are not qualified at all and are often on their phones and not watching the kids. If you kids has a disability (with IEP and/or 504) they will not work with you or accommodate at all. Both our kids hated going there and were treated poorly by staff
NicJul 31, 2026We’re at Harrington in Lexington, MA but I can’t find a place to review them there. This is an excellent program and we have nothing but positive experiences to share. The staff are warm and friendly, have great relationships with the children, and also seem to work together well as a team. Most caretakers we have had over the years have struggled dealing with some of my sons needs. I am always surprised at the level of understanding they have for my son. They ALL know my son’s likes and dislikes to a level I feel is way over and above. That is BOTH the teachers and the director. She is doing a fabulous job running this program. I’m very pleased and feel as though I could even possibly be looking with a more critical eye as I’m a director myself in another town. This program knows their stuff and when I arrive it takes time for my son to transition. During that time all I ever see is happy and engaged children.
Brian and Kimberly TartellOct 20, 2022My daughter was removed from the program for being a victim of an assault by a boy in their after-school program in Canton, MA. I believe the staff needs diversity and equity training in order to truly support families of color. Two children of color was removed from the program in less than a month. These are facts Google Community. Please check out the update from "Indeed" posted 9/29/2022.
