If you are looking for your child to have an abusive experience and completely tear down their self confidence, this is the place for you! In East Bridgewater Miss Sarah told my son he was going to be locked in a room by himself while the rest of the kids went out to play because he said he didn't have to use the POTTY at THREE. She then tried to leave the room of kids in there by themselves. The director Maureen tried to defend her and Sarah was going to be promoted. They hire any person that applies it seems, so turnaround is insane. The previous preschool teacher Stephanie lasted a couple months and when I originally brought up concerns about her they always justified her reactions to kids and then when she randomly left one day, they spoke about her completely inappropriately and threw her under the bus saying all the things she did wrong. They dont meet EEC requirements and I asked months ago to provide certain examples so they threatened to kick me out and still didn't provide the documentation. They knew I'm a single mom with slim options so they held that over my head to treat my son however they wanted. Once I dare asked about EEC requirements being met, they started restricting my son from joining activities all the other kids got to participate in and then punished him if he acted out whatsoever. If he would hit, I would have to come pick him up midday, but if HE got hit and had marks on him, it was normal behavior to them. They told me for months that my sons behaviors were all normal 3 year old behavior. I even asked if there was anything I should be considering and they said no, this was normal. Then all of a sudden I bring up concerns I have with THEM and out of the blue they say his behavior is extreme. They did nothing to help him and once I dare made a stink about anything whatsoever, it affected their treatment to a 3 year old. The directors should be ashamed. This place is about money. Not about children.
Courtney NunesApr 18, 2025We love Little Discoveries in East Bridgewater. We don't know anyone in the area and didn't know where to start when searching for a daycare. From the beginning Sheila, Ms. Shaunna and Ms. Kayley have been so amazing. Thank you for everything you do! -Jennifer & Kevin
Kevin FlanaganMar 9, 2020I can’t say enough about little discoveries in East Bridgewater. We love the staff and LOVE the infant teacher. We know our daughter is in good hands and the app they have with all the updates throughout the day is amazing! Makes us feel like we know everything that is going on. :)
Racheal HigginsSep 7, 2018I am very happy we chose Little Discoveries Early Education Academy in Abington for my son. He had a bad experience at a previous school and had terrible separation anxiety. After the first day my son couldn't wait to go back. I have not one complaint about this place. Will recommend to anyone. I love how they send you photos of your child participating in activities throughout the day.
P MSep 7, 2018My daughter loves it here, and so do I! Always very professional, a dozen activities planned every day, she learns so much there. Thank you LDI!
Katie KirkpatrickSep 6, 2018I love the staff at Little Discoveries. They are always on top of everything and come up with creative, fun and educational activities for the kids. My son loves going and is always excited to learn something new.
