My daughter attended Little Ones for years. The owner, staff and directors were nothing short of amazing. The communication was always top notch and any questions I ever had were answered in a timely manner. If you are looking for a center where you drop your child off and know they are being taken care of, this is your place. I highly recommend Little Ones to everyone!
Richard MuiseDec 10, 2025We have been there for 4 years. Our son has thrived since he was 2 months old. We have been lucky with individuals that truly love him from infants, toddlers, preschool, and recently prekindergarten.
Dustin HaltermanDec 9, 2025It wasn’t like this 2 years ago. We had a great infant classroom experience and some amazing teachers along the way. The only reason we stayed so long were some of their amazing teachers who truly loved our kid and worked so hard at trying to work with us and the daycare stayed open more days out of the year. Then the teachers left and things became more intolerable. In the end, they were unable to address developmentally appropriate toddler behaviors. They became punitive and would send our child home which wasn’t something we could afford. We didn’t realize how bad it was until we changed daycares where the communication was absolutely remarkable and our kid is thriving with zero behaviors! We never had a teacher conference at little ones, but within 2 months of our child being in the new childcare there was a parent teacher conference paired with a 9 page assessment of how she is developmentally advancing. They spoke about how kind and flexible our kid was, and the language was strength based which matched our values as parents. This confirmed to us that something isn’t right with little ones. I wanted to update my review of little ones to better reflect our experience. I also wanted to give appreciation to all the teachers there who truly do care and who left because of management.
J LynnNov 29, 2025TL: DR save yourself the stress and find a new center The positive reviews on here are from staff...or from years ago. Little Ones used to be something very special. We enrolled 6 years ago with our first child and were so satisfied we signed our second up with no hesitation. In the last 2 years it has gone downhill quickly and we finally just severed ties. To start with the most alarming DCF has been involved twice in the last 2 years. Once being for a teacher being under the influence while on site. The second reason we have no idea. The communication is seriously lacking and unless you are connected with other parents you won't hear anything. Staff doesn't stay long and all have reported mistreatment by the owner Christy. The fee for service is absurd since they offer nothing by means of snack and you have to pay extra for everything. They dont offer snacks but tell you what you can and cannot pack, even taking away approved snacks that they deem unsuitable. The teachers that do stay are lacking motivation and just seem to be trying to get through the day. 3 years ago they told me my daughter was delayed snd would not be ready for kindergarten...we sent her to behavior therapy, speech therapy you name it. All specialists said she was demonstrating age appropriate behavior. Went to kindergarten and has been thriving. They started the same story with my son 6 months ago after moving him from room to room because he was so easy going. A month ago they sent him home with no noticed and suddenly 6 unsigned incident reports came through. They have inexperienced "teachers" running rooms, very little educational material and truly just a glorified babysitting service. We enrolled in a new school and immediately have seen an improvement in mood and behavior. Wish we made the change sooner, but we were afraid we wouldnt be able to find another spot.
ML ONov 3, 2025Excellent care for your child. The owner, director and teachers work to help your child progress through the developmental stages with comfort and ease.
Linda RosatiSep 17, 2025I cannot say enough great things about this school. My son attended from 3 months until 1.5 when I moved out of state. I wish I never left. Most of the teachers who worked with my son are still at the school, a testament to the great environment. We were there during the very first Covid shutdowns and everything was handled so carefully and responsibly. I was never worried about my son there. I loved seeing pictures of him thru the day looking so happy and seeing how much he adored his teachers when I dropped him off or picked him up. I wish they weren't full right now. My son starts kindergarten in Sept 2024 and I'd love him to be able to finish out this pre-k year in a place this great instead of where he is now. :-/
