why the city authorities don't think about the youths in Methuen. They transform the ymca into a daycare. Lawrence doesn't have a good one just a restricted one without parking. What are they thinking?
Marie GourdetJun 30, 2026Out of all the times I’ve passed this place or this location on Haverhill Street. I never knew it was an actual YMCA cause it looks like an abandoned building even though I see activity in and out of the building sometimes I see kids most of the time that’s all I ever seen was kids outside but my main problem is this place is ugly as hell right I’m gonna post some pictures. You guys can see but something that the website doesn’t tell you or Google or ChatGPT that this is a daycare center for kids it’s not even a normal YMCA but they you go on the website doesn’t speak nothing about this location being a location just for kids. You may wanna update your website in the location information so people don’t waste their time energy in gas driving over here. The gas prices are really insane right now just to be wasting time and gas and energy and resources. you guys need to update your website. You guys need to update all information about this location.

Dorothy HutchingsOct 29, 2025Have had a relationship with the staff here for many years - they have watched my daughter grow up. Frances is exceptional with the upper school kids. I have no idea how she does it! She has made a huge impact on my kiddos life and been there for her through it! Love this location and will always have a fondness in my heart!
SamanthaApr 11, 2024Very caring teachers, our kids learned SO much and felt very safe every day. The staff did a great job working with our kids' needs, they all grew so much in daycare/ pre-K at the Methuen Y. I cannot recommend this place strongly enough for early childhood care!
