I had a really disappointing experience at MJK Taekwondo. The teaching style felt unorganized and inconsistent, and it didn’t seem like there was a clear plan to actually help students improve. Instead of proper instruction, it often felt rushed or overlooked. The environment was also not great. It didn’t feel welcoming or supportive, especially for newer students. There was a lack of professionalism, and at times it felt more stressful than encouraging, which is the opposite of what a martial arts school should be. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a positive learning environment or quality instruction. There are definitely better options out there

Sharlene RodriguezJan 11, 2024This place it’s so unprofessional starting with the owners to even the staff they always have a mess the kids are not well treated they scream at the kids they are not organized with the kids and they don’t have certified people working there personally i won’t sent my kids there ! And plus that they have people driving the buses without been 7D certified!
Mali FigueroaAug 17, 2023Summer camp was my saving Grace. The staff was amazing. No parent loves to leave their kids all day to go to work but knowing they are safe and well cared for makes going through the day to day that much easier. I see comments about cameras; we live in a society now where at anytime we could be recorded by a street camera, car camera, a persons cell phone, the list goes on, so to complain that there are cameras is just silly. I was grateful for it because there ARE cameras and it helped me feel that my children were always safe. Those cameras kept a watchful eye on children, staff, parents, and strangers. Though we never had reason to turn to them, it was nice to have them as an option.
