The staff at this day care are super caring, friendly, and approachable! Everything you want in Daycare staff! The location is very convenient as well. The security is also amazing! Hate to live in a world where this is a deal breaker but you kids are safe here and the environment is amazing!! When you walk in you instantly feel a happy vibe!!

Our family has had a great experience at Northwest. Both of our children have attended, and the staff have been an incredible part of our village—especially during big milestones like potty training. We really appreciate the quarterly developmental progress reports, which show how thoughtful and intentional they are about each child’s growth. Northwest follows real, structured curricula, focusing on a few meaningful topics each month. They also do an amazing job with family engagement through events like art shows and holiday parties, which help build a strong sense of community. We’re so grateful for the care, education, and love our children have received here.

My son has been at this center for almost a year now, and I can truly say I have no regrets. Before enrolling him here, I visited two other places, but something just didn’t feel right. I didn’t feel comfortable at either of them. I found out about Northwest Child Care through my boyfriend and decided to give them a chance. I called to make an appointment, but accidentally scheduled it for the wrong day. I missed it, but the manager kindly reached out to ask if I was still interested. I really appreciated that. I explained what happened, and she happily rescheduled me for the day I had originally intended—that was my first positive impression. When I visited the facility, I immediately loved that the playground is located safely behind the building. From the moment we walked in, everyone made my son and me feel so welcome. I loved the atmosphere and seeing how the teachers interacted with the children. To this day, I have no complaints or worries about anyone there. The entire staff is friendly and professional. I especially love how they’re always doing different activities with the kids, and most importantly, the communication is excellent. They consistently send emails with updates and reminders for parents, and the monthly newsletter is a wonderful touch. Overall, we absolutely love this place. I’m just a little sad that my son will be moving on to kindergarten soon. 💛

I highly recommend Northwest Childcare. From day one, it’s been clear they’ve created something truly special for both children and families. The staff are exceptionally supported by management, which shows in how engaged, caring, and consistent the teachers are. That support helps create a warm, stable environment where kids can really thrive. It’s also impressive to see such strong retention among both teachers and families—a true reflection of the positive culture they’ve built. Beyond the classroom, the daycare feels like a genuine community. Their events bring together all classrooms and families, making everyone feel connected and included. We feel very lucky to be part of it. We wish we found them sooner.

We LOVE everything about our experience at Northwest (Pre-K and infant)! Ms. Samantha is an incredible educator and Director. Our teachers are truly the best we've ever had. They're all genuinely caring people who love nurturing the growth of tiny humans. We feel so lucky every day that they're part of our village and that we're part of the wonderful community there.
