My son lasted 3 days before I pulled him from this facility. He attended half days (8am-12:00pm) Monday through Friday. When I dropped him off for his first day on Monday I was expecting him to have a decent experience.. I was so wrong. They never changed him. For those 3 days he was there.. they never changed him. Each day when he got picked up from there, his diaper was FULL. Each day, he came home with a red butt. Monday and Tuesday I was able to clear his diaper rash with ease, but still voiced my concern as to why he wasn’t being changed. By Wednesday, I had it. When we picked him up, his diaper was so full it was ready to burst and he could barely walk without crying. He refused to let us go near him even though he wanted to be held. He had such a bad rash, even putting him in the bath to try to rinse him off, he would let out horrendous screams. I called his pediatrician who gave us creams and ointments to put on him. It took a few days and lots of misery on his end, before it finally cleared up. I sent an email to the director and the receptionist to let them know how disappointed I was in their “care” and that I was withdrawing him immediately. When I went to the facility to grab his belongings, he still had a full thing of diapers - they hadn’t even touched them. To say I was disappointed is such an understatement. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Jessica DeyoOct 26, 2024If I could give them zero stars I would. Worse daycare my kids have ever been!! The director is terrible!!! They neglect your children…. My poor children would come home with terrible diaper rashes and poop in their diapers. Please don’t send your kids here… Your children won’t be safe.
Katie SilvaOct 25, 2024We love it here! My kids love the castle room, their friends and teachers. I love being able to see what’s happening in real time from home.
Amy BarnesMay 21, 2021A great facility. My kids love all of the teachers and playscapes.
Braeden DionMay 20, 2021Very professional personnel and the teachers go above and beyond to take care of kids.
