What makes OFLC exceptional is truly the staff. Every daycare is more or less the same based on regulation, curriculum… So when I think about what sets this place apart from anywhere else that we’ve toured or experienced, it comes down to the teachers and the staff and how much they truly treat the children here as if they were their own. I have heard multiple occasions where my son would cry when his teachers leave the room because that’s how much he loves them. Special shout out to Ms. Fatima, Ms. Melanie, Ms. Mirna, Ms. Rachel, Ms. Lauren for loving our son and keeping him safe.

My daughter has been attending OFLC Natick for 1 year now, and we are extremely happy with her experience there. Her teachers are all very friendly, they always plan incredible fun and engaging activities during the day, my daughter has learnt so much and had so much fun there! The other day they even invited a magician to perform for the kids and my daughter couldn't stop talking about it. 10/10 would recommend!

We have had an absolutely wonderful experience at OFLC. From day one, the staff has been incredibly warm, welcoming, and caring. Every teacher and administrator knows our children’s names, interests, and unique personalities, which speaks volumes about the genuine relationships they build with each child. It is clear how much the staff loves what they do and how deeply they care about the children. As a working parent, the frequent photos and updates throughout the day provide so much reassurance and comfort, allowing us to feel connected even when we’re apart. OFLC also does an exceptional job of creating opportunities for families to be involved. From art shows and seasonal celebrations to guest readers and birthday parties, they foster a true sense of community. They have a remarkable way of making every child and every parent feel valued, supported, and special. We are incredibly grateful to be part of the OFLC community and wholeheartedly recommend it to any family looking for a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality childcare program.

We had both our boys at OFLC for years! The staff is amazing and so easy to work with and communication was great. The teachers are compassionate, professional and our kids loved them! We always felt our kids were in safe, great hands!
