  • They dont care about your kid and if there is no visible harm theyre not writing a report to let you know if your child was hit /hair pulled anything so use those cameras. My son got hurt once a month for three months straight. first a conversation was had with the director and then the teachers and still my son got harmed again no actual solution was made and they had the nerve to say its unfortunate im removing him from the daycare when in reality its unfortunate they cant do the one job theyre tasked with and thats to watch and take care of the children. conversation and phone use is more important than your kid there. Had my son received those same injuries from home they would be calling child services but some how its fine for him to receive them while at day care what an absolute joke of a place.

  • I absolutely love this school! I remember before my son was enrolled in Playful Minds he was in home daycare and I wanted so badly for him to be Enrolled into Playful Minds. I remember getting the call and being SO excited!! He’s been there for over a year now and his development continues to accelerate! One of my favorite parts is having an App to communicate with the school at any point of the day I want to and have a good relationship with his teachers about my baby’s progress as he grows older! Not only that but I enjoy the fun parent teacher events/Holiday Events which help me feel more included in my babys environment! I tell any parent who’s seeking childcare to look into Playful Minds; They’re professionals, sympathetic, understanding, and great people to work with!

  • My kids always have great relationships with staff. The site manager is swift with addressing any concerns and I have no concern of safety when my children are in their care. They respond in a timely manner with any messages!

  • A Nurturing and Engaging Environment We’ve had a wonderful experience with Playful Minds. The staff is caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s development. They create a safe and engaging space where kids can learn, play, and grow. Communication with the center has been consistent and helpful, and the daily routines are structured yet flexible enough to meet individual needs. We especially appreciate the emphasis on early learning and social development—our child comes home happy, confident, and full of stories. The facility is clean, secure, and welcoming, and the team clearly works hard to maintain a positive atmosphere. We feel confident knowing our child is in good hands and surrounded by educators who genuinely care. Highly recommend Playful Minds to any family looking for a reliable and nurturing daycare in the Springfield area.
