We have had such a wonderful experience with Primrose of Andover. The leadership team is well-organized, thoughtful, kind, and well-informed — and that sets the tone for everything. We came to Primrose when our daughter was 2. She struggles with transitions, but the team made the process as smooth as possible, meeting her exactly where she was and giving our whole family confidence along the way. When our son joined, they were equally incredible. He has eczema and food allergies, and from day one the staff took a thoughtful, careful approach and provided amazing reassurance. We trust them wholly with his care. Communication is always clear and helpful — we're consistently kept in the loop with updates and support. It's evident in everything they do that they genuinely care about each and every child as an individual. We couldn't recommend Primrose of Andover more highly. If you're looking for a place where your child will be truly seen, supported, and loved, this is it.
karina fedakJun 15, 2026We’ve had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School of Andover. From day one, the teachers and staff have been incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in our child's growth and happiness. The classrooms are bright, clean (Yay!!!), and thoughtfully organized. We started at three days a week and now we are doing 5 days and the transition has been seamless. What I love most is how much care they show for each child as an individual. Our son is so excited to go to school each day, and it’s been amazing to see his confidence, social skills, and independence grow. Communication is excellent!! There are daily updates, photos, and a real sense that we’re partners. It is such a relief for a parent that is new to the childcare world. As a parent, finding a place you can truly trust with your little ones is priceless, and we feel so lucky to be part of the Primrose Andover family. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nurturing, safe, and inspiring environment for their child.
Alyssa SchumskySep 8, 2025Leadership team is thoughtful and kind. Teachers are fantastic and genuinely love the kids and teaching. Ms. Simms, in particular, was fantastic as an infant teacher- she truly helped me learn how to navigate transitions and challenges as a first time mom. My daughter has loved going to school each day since she started and we are amazed all the time at the things she learns and how she is exceling on so many levels. We love the balance of creativity and structure in terms of curriculum. We feel like all the folks at Primrose are part of our family and we cannot say enough positive things about Primrose Andover.
Shannon SlaughterDec 3, 2024I searched and visited many preschools, most didn’t meet my expectations. Primrose of Andover met my expectations and above. The teachers and staff are kind, caring, and always engaging. The facility is pristine. I am able to send my child there with confidence, knowing she is cared and loved in a safe environment!
Megan PugliaSep 16, 2024I currently have two kids enrolled in Primrose and have had nothing but an amazing experience thus far. My one year old is in the Infant 2 classroom with Mrs. Beauchesne and Mrs. Weir and both teachers have done an incredible job making sure his transition into daycare was nothing but smooth. We receive constant communication about how he is doing and we have so many pictures of him from school with a giant smile on his face. Everyday we feel confident that we are leaving him in exceptional care and we feel like the classroom is an extension of our family. My older son is three and in the Pathways classroom and he has also had a wonderful experience. We haven't met a teacher yet that he has had that we haven't loved. The management and ownership is also superb. They really go above and beyond to make sure the parents always feel comfortable. I cannot recommend Primrose School of Andover enough!
Caitlin O'NeillAug 6, 2024Our 2-year-old daughter adores her daycare! It took her a couple of weeks to settle in, as it was her first time, and she only attends two days a week. To fellow first-time parents: patience is key during the adjustment period. We've noticed a remarkable improvement in her behavior, interaction skills, and overall development over the past few months. We're confident she's even smarter now – no joke! Enrolling her was the best decision we ever made. She talks about her classmates whom she calls “friends” so enthusiastically during dinner. Her teachers are incredibly patient, loving, and skilled at teaching. The curriculum and activities strike a perfect balance. The owner and front desk staff are always incredibly helpful and greet us with warm smiles, even after a long day. We're immensely grateful for their dedication in laying a strong foundation for our little one. Thank you all so much; we couldn't express our gratitude enough.
