This is the best daycare my daughter has ever attended. The daycare director is very kind, and the entire front desk staff is wonderful as well. Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. My daughter loves her teachers, Miss McLean and Mrs. McLean. They are incredibly kind and sweet, and they know exactly how to connect with the kids. They are exceptional teachers—patient, caring, and truly dedicated to their students. They go above and beyond to create a positive and supportive environment, and my child is thriving because of their care and guidance. My daughter has been to many daycares, but this is the only one where she has been truly happy, comfortable, and thriving. When I drop her off, I feel very comfortable because I know she is in safe hands. I am so happy that my child is in this school.
Nermeen Adly2014Mar 11, 2026We cannot say enough great things about Primrose in Franklin! We were at the Mansfield location for 2 years before transferring to Franklin when it opened. The teachers are fantastic! Very communicative and always collaborate with us on anything we’re working on with our child. Neha the owner and the entire administrative team are extremely involved in the care of the children. They’re always available to chat if needed and create an extremely warm environment. We also LOVE that all food is provided 😃
Jaclyn HoffmanJan 6, 2025Primrose Franklin is clean and well-organized, with friendly staff who care for the children. They provide fun activities and a safe environment for learning and play. My child enjoys going there and feels happy and comfortable.
Siddhartha ReddyDec 23, 2024I am deeply disappointed with the experience my child and I had at this school. Today, when I picked up my son, I asked his teacher about his progress. She gesticulated dramatically, rolled her eyes, and said right in front of him that he doesn’t listen or understand anything in English. She mentioned that he only knows the letter “M” and doesn’t recognize shapes, numbers, or the alphabet. Her negative comments and eye-rolling were very disheartening, especially in front of my child. The teacher suggested I buy toddler books from the dollar store and implied that speaking my native language at home is the reason for his struggles. This assumption was incorrect and offensive, as I have been living in the US for 20 years and speak mostly English. I explained that my son can count to 60 and communicates well, but we haven’t taught him about 3D or 2D dimensions, which I believe is something he should learn at school. Her body language and comments made it clear that she doesn’t like my son. I’ve noticed that my son is particularly sad on Wednesdays, while he is happy on Mondays and Fridays. The most upsetting part is that this school is expensive, yet my son is being compared to other children and made to feel inadequate. When we got home, he asked me, “Mommy, is it true that Milo doesn’t know anything?” This broke my heart. I hope the school can focus on helping my child instead of comparing him to others and putting him down. Thank you.
camila bengoleaOct 23, 2024We couldn't be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Franklin! The environment is always warm, friendly, and incredibly engaging. The staff go above and beyond not only to know the children but also to get to know the entire family. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the well-being of each child. We highly recommend Primrose School of Franklin for anyone looking for a nurturing and supportive environment for their little ones!
Jenn M.Oct 23, 2024We are newer to the Franklin area and recently started my toddler son at Primrose. The owner, Neha, was very responsive and answered any questions I had during the registration process. The staff also helped to support a smooth transition back to school for my child after a summer off! The new school is absolutely beautiful and has so much to offer our young children! The staff is so welcoming and knows everyone by name! The teachers are very warm, caring, and nurturing. My son also loves the food they provide. He has allergies and they are very accommodating and the protocols they have in place make me feel at ease during his mealtimes. Additionally, I love how they send updates, pictures, and little notes of all the activities they do during the day. As a speech therapist, I am so impressed and I can already see an increase in his communication skills after a few weeks! My son always has a smile on his face at pickup. We are very happy to have found Primrose of Franklin!
