Primrose School of Natick

We’ve had a wonderful experience at Primrose so far. The school is incredibly well run, with clear processes, consistent communication, and a strong sense of structure across all classrooms. Our daughter started in the infant room at six months old, and we are very happy with the care she receives. She comes home every day happy, well‑napped, well‑fed, and clean. The infant room teachers are absolute sunshine- kind, comforting, and welcoming. Seeing our daughter go into their arms so happily means everything to us. We’re truly grateful for their care and for the support of the entire Primrose team.

We have been so happy at Primrose in Natick. The staff is wonderful and the facility is beautiful. Most importantly we have been so impressed with how caring and attentive the teachers are.

In just a few months at Primrose, we’ve seen a noticeable shift in our daughter’s development. The curriculum provides a great balance of academics and character building, while the hands-on activities keep her consistently engaged. Having nutritious meals provided and a schedule that accommodates working parents has made our daily routine much smoother. We’re grateful for the nurturing, structured environment the staff provides and highly recommend it to other families.

We started our kids at Primrose School of Natick at 10 months and 4 years about a year and a half ago, and the only thing I wish was different is that we found Primrose sooner. The staff are excellent, super welcoming and everyone we’ve interacted with really knows how to care for our children at the age and stage they are at. The administrative team is organized, responsive, and proactive, and seems to truly care for the teachers. Primrose provides all meals and snacks, which saves us so much time and exposes the kids to a variety of foods. Both my children have food allergies, and I am comfortable that they are safe as the school handles allergies with precision (each child has a laminated placement with their allergies or food restrictions listed at every meal). The school also builds community with multiple family events throughout the year. We’ve really enjoyed our experience here and I highly recommend.

My son Leo absolutely loves this school! The food is delicious and healthy, the staff are so warm and caring, and the director goes above and beyond with incredible communication. We feel truly supported and grateful for such a positive environment. Highly recommend!
