I was told my child had a full time slot . We went in for a tour and were placed in a room with a table and chairs only. I was asked several questions and responded to all. I asked about touring the daycare. However, after my child was seen stimming (due to be on the spectrum),. I was then conveniently told they had no available spots. I feel as though my child was discriminated against due to his needs. At the end of it all we weren’t even allowed to tour the daycare.
Crystal TuckerJul 27, 2026While our children are no longer at Primrose School of Rockland, we would recommend this school to anyone without hesitation. Both of our children flourished here. The teachers didn't just watch our kids; they invested in them. They helped our oldest learn to walk, sent them home with new skills and knowledge every single day, and clearly loved them as individuals. Our kids loved their teachers right back and made real friendships along the way. The school also went above and beyond with special holiday events and celebrations that were thoughtful and inclusive for all families. It always felt like a true community. For any parent wrestling with the anxiety of leaving their little one with someone else — this place gave us tremendous peace of mind. Our kids were with people who genuinely cared about them, and that's everything. Thank you, Primrose School of Rockland <3
Brittany TincherJun 24, 2026We love the teachers and staff at Primrose Rockland! They are always so welcoming and great with our son. I feel like he is excelling well for his age. The facility is fairly new, and love how everything is clean. They utilize an app so we get all sorts of updates on how he is doing throughout the day. Also, keeps the communication open. We would highly recommend Primrose Rockland to anyone looking for daycare that focuses on a nurturing environment.
Arcely LeonardMay 31, 2026We love Primrose! All of the teachers really care about the kids and you can tell leadership does as well! Every time we walk into the building everyone says hi to my son and it’s so nice to see everyone connect with him! He has loved every classroom he’s been in and we love all of his teachers. The classrooms are always so clean and the playgrounds are very spacious. It’s so nice to see my son playing with all of his friends when I drop him off. He is in the toddler room now and he is learning so much. Can’t recommend PSOR enough!
janice tocchioMay 22, 2026We absolutely LOVE Primrose of Rockland! We joined in March 2026 and it has truly been the best experience for our family. We have two little ones (2.5 years old and 1 year old), and both have absolutely thrived here—we feel so grateful we found this center. From day one, the teachers and staff have been incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. It’s obvious how much they genuinely care about the children. Our kids run in excited to see their teachers, and as a parent, that feeling of knowing your children are happy, safe, and loved is everything. We’ve also been so impressed with the curriculum and daily activities—there’s such a thoughtful balance of learning, creativity, and fun. We’ve seen so much growth in both of our children, from new skills to more confidence and social development, and it’s been amazing to watch. Communication has been wonderful as well, and we always feel informed and supported. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be nurtured, encouraged, and truly celebrated, we cannot recommend Primrose of Rockland highly enough! :)
Jessica MarottoMay 20, 2026We could not be happier with our experience at Primrose School of Rockland. Both our 5-year-old and 2-year-old attend, and we absolutely love everything about this place. Finding a childcare provider that delivers both high-quality early education and genuine, heartfelt care can be a challenge, but Primrose excels at both. Because they accommodate multiple age groups so well, the transitions between classrooms have been incredibly smooth for our kids. Here are a few reasons why we highly recommend them: • Fantastic Teachers and Staff: The educators and administrators are warm, professional, and deeply invested in the children’s growth and well-being. Our kids genuinely look forward to going to school every day. • Structured, Engaging Curriculum: The Balanced Learning approach is fantastic. Our 5-year-old is getting an incredible foundation for kindergarten, while our 2-year-old is constantly hitting fun new developmental milestones. • Excellent Communication & Safety: We love the daily updates and photos. It gives us total peace of mind knowing they are in a safe, clean, and highly organized environment. It is such a comfort as a parent to drop your children off knowing they are safe, loved, and thriving. If you are looking for exceptional early education on the South Shore, Primrose of Rockland is the absolute best choice!
