As a mom who has had children attend multiple preschools in town, I feel I have a unique perspective in evaluating the options available. Many parents don’t have the opportunity to experience different preschools firsthand, so I want to share my experience for those trying to decide where to send their child. This preschool stands out in every way—from the professionalism and warmth of the staff to the strong Montessori-based learning approach. Many of the educators have come from Bay Farm Montessori in Duxbury, bringing a depth of experience and expertise that is evident in the classroom. The environment is nurturing, structured, and truly exceptional. Sandy, the director, is too humble to boast about how incredible this school is, but I cannot recommend it enough. The school also works seamlessly with the public school system if your child needs any services, which is an added bonus. If you’re considering this preschool, don’t think twice—enroll your child! It is a true gem.
Courtney DeFuscoFeb 7, 2025I absolutely love Pudding Hill preschool! I would 100% recommend it to anyone searching for an early education choice that focuses on developing independence all while letting their kids own light shine! Pudding Hill has helped to shape both my kids into self sufficient, kind hearted, fun loving humans. You can read my novel of a review on their Facebook page ;^)
Ashley GiaimoMay 9, 2024We absolutely love pudding hill! My son has grown so much in his years there, the teachers and director are so patient, kind, and amazing people. I am always so amazed at how much my son has learned to prepare for kindergarten, grown socially and been able to get such hands on experiences. He has become so much more confident in himself in their learning environment. We’ve loved every teacher there! Their program is the best !
Katherine HernonMay 6, 2024Pudding Hill has been amazing for my children. The school is so welcoming, and staff go above and beyond to love and care for the students. The teachers know not just the students but the whole families. They have provided a solid foundation developing skills needed for school and for the whole child. My children have been given amazing hands on activities opportunities through school and additional enrichment activities. The outdoor classroom and times exploring in the woods and at the bog are some of their favorite things to do. This school has been the perfect introduction to school providing love and respect for nature, cooking, arts, and so much more. We could not ask for a better school for our children!
Bethany BairdMay 2, 2024Pudding Hill Preschool has been an absolute joy for our family. We've had both of our daughters attend, and it's been wonderful to see them thrive in such a nurturing and stimulating environment. The teachers at Pudding Hill are fantastic. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere where the kids feel safe to explore and learn. The focus on hands-on learning is exactly what we were looking for in a preschool. We can't recommend Pudding Hill enough. It's a truly special place that has helped our daughters blossom and grow.
Stephanie McDonaldMay 2, 2024Place rocks! I went there for preschool 40 years ago and I sent my daughter there just a couple years ago. They no longer have "Big-Wheel Day," which was a very big deal back in the day but the Ginger Bread Man still sneaks around. My daughter had a great 2 years there. Very good preschool. Awesome teachers. Nice facilities.
