  • The director (Candi) and toddler teachers would not accommodate taking my daughter to the bathroom before two years old. Even if the EEC guidelines and their parent handbook say otherwise. They did not like the pushback I gave them, so they removed my three year old from the preschool classroom who had nothing to do with this situation. It is truly sad to see a school that doesn’t put the individual needs of a child first and punished a three year old for advocating for my 17 month old potty trained child. Please do not send your child there if they are potty trained before two. They are totally okay with your child regressing and putting them back into diapers.

  • They hire staff without EEC certification, that is unacceptable. Felt heavy racist microaggressions from staff as well, as a BIPOC parent this is unacceptable. Staff is also not diverse and rude.

  • First, the entrance is off of Maple Street, though the address is on Pleasant Street. Our two kids have been here for about half a year so far, and we feel so lucky to have found this place. Both kids are thriving. There are these extracurricular classes about music and nature and other topics that meet regularly (my personal favorite is called Puddle Stompers). Plus the center is right next to the public library and park which they visit regularly. The center shares space with, but is not affiliated with, a large church. They use the auditorium of the church as an indoor playground when the weather is bad. I wish they opened earlier than 7:30am, but it hasn't been an issue so far (I'm still getting used to New England hours after our move from NC). They also don't have a dedicated playground on site but are next to the central playground in Arlington and use it as an extension of their facility! The teaching staff is amazing, and super competent. The teacher of our youngest helped us find extra state level resources for him to catch up with his peers, and he is thriving now in no small part thanks to her attention and support. We trust them with our little ones every work day!

  • Our kids just started at RPCC over the summer and so far we are thrilled. Clean facility, caring teachers, and my children are happy and thriving. I love the low teacher-student ratios, especially in the PK-1 class. At our old school we had 20+ kids in a class and here there aren't even 10 kids in her class right now. I am so glad we chose RPCC for our kids.

  • Great staff. Very low teacher to children ratio so that each child gets good amount of attention from teachers. Parents Board actively involved in management of the center. My son (currently in preschool) enjoys playing and staying there.
