We pay for each day whether he goes or not. Lots of sickness in the classroom. Our son was often getting sick and sometimes arrived late. There is no written policy as to when he shall arrive. He was turned back today "due to understaffing" yet we still must pay for his attendance. Unfair and deceptive in my opinion. Roots LC is engaging in unfair or deceptive practices, we may consider reaching out to relevant regulatory authorities or consumer protection agencies for assistance.
