  • They need to work on their communication with the parents, they have new regulations on the time you need to drop of your child and if you are a few minutes late you can't bring your child, This is ridiculous.

  • Don't send your child here. They have caused sp much harm to our child.

  • The tricommunity ymca does a great job with all of their facilities when it comes to child care/day care systems. A lot of parents in the area get mad because their kid acts up and the Y wont give their kid anything they want because there is no discipline in this town. They also get upset when they have to pay money. Because nobody in this town has any of that

  • I would give negative stars if I could. YMCA child care service is the most unprofessional, and careless child care provider that I've ever had to deal with. My son came home from the YMCA child care program with a severely sprained ankle (that appeared to be broken); the providers did not seeking medical attention for him and I was not notified by their staff. As soon as my son came home, I immediately brought my son to urgent care for medical attention, and it was confirmed that my son needed to wear an aircast for 3 weeks. YMCA staff members don't really care about anything but their budget. They're providing child care service out of an old high school building that is falling apart, and definitely isn't up to code. Whatever you do don't take your child here!
