  • We absolutely adore SCC. The owners, directors, and teachers are wonderful, caring, and compassionate. My two sons have had the most loving, invested teachers. They consistently work so hard to build a relationship with our family, communicate about our boys’ days, and create the most lovely learning experiences. Our boys love school, and we trust the teachers and staff implicitly. We couldn’t ask for a better childcare experience. Thank you SCC!

  • Our daughter has been going there since she was 4 months old and is now 3.5. She is a very sensitive soul who requires a lot of TLC and “troubleshooting” if you will. The staff here are phenomenal. Extremely patient, loving and kind. They work with my daughter everyday to accommodate her, help her grow and have good days while there. I can tell they genuinely care for my girl like they would a family member. I like that they do give the kids hugs and stuff (appropriately) because it makes it feel like real genuine caring and not a sterile environment that sees my kid as a job. I’ve never once doubted my daughters safety there for any reason. I’m a healthcare provider so not only am I super germ conscious but I’m also paranoid about all different kinds of things that can happen to kids - fires, unattended doors, choking hazards, abuse etc. SCC is actually the only place I looked at that I felt at ease across the board. I really wouldn’t want anyone else besides my husband taking care of her!

  • A fantastic experience for my whole family. At this point, both of my sons have benefitted from the care and education provided by Shrewsbury Children’s Center, over the past 6 years. The staff is amazing from the front desk to the classroom staff. I wouldn’t change a thing and they get my highest recommendation.

  • The management and staff at SCC have been so welcoming and accommodating to our family. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to care for my children. I love their Facebook page where I get to see photos of my girls throughout the day while under their care. I highly recommend SCC!!

  • At first I thought this was going to be a good center for my baby to attend. They have an hr bonding time before they start. Which was great she did good and was happy. What was sad is that one of the owners offered my daughter a kiss goodbye. Which initially I thought was a joke.. Because I just thought it was common knowledge not to kiss infants. especially in a daycare where there is constant germs and sickness going around. If you’re okay with your child being kissed by strangers be my guest but this was a HUGE, red flag for me. Absolutely not okay in my book.

  • SCC is the absolute best daycare and school in Central MA for babies and little ones. The teachers and staff make it their top priority to ensure the well being of the children and their families. They work with the families and provide daily written reports and see that each child is being met where they are developmentally. As a parent, communication with my child's school is imperative, and they do an excellent job with it. The kids are always smiling and playing! I also love that SCC gives back to the community in various ways including donations. My son started the Infant Program at 12 weeks and has been thriving there! Generations of my family have also attended and have equally loved it here.
