Spruce Street Nursery School

We love Spruce Street! The loving teachers, close parent community, and true commitment to each child are what stand out for our family. We could tell from the moment we first visited that this was the right school for our daughter and we have only continued to be impressed since she enrolled. The teachers are smart, creative, and care deeply about their students. They are constantly doing fun new activities and helping the kids to learn and grow. Our goal for nursery school was to put our daughter in a loving environment where she would flourish and truly learn to love school. Spruce has been exactly that!

We have absolutely loved our experience at Spruce Street. From the minute our son stepped into the school, he felt comfortable and did not want to leave. The teachers are all fabulous and they make a huge effort to get the kids to know them at the very start of school. Spruce first stood out to us because they have a longer day than most preschools which we wanted. We take advantage of the flexible extended day program which allows your kid to stay until 3:30 pm. We also really love how much it feels like a community. They do a great job building one among all the parents! It really is a loving family and my son loves it.

Spruce has been an excellent learning environment for our daughter. The staff is incredibly caring and thoughtful. I never thought we would feel so comfortable leaving our child in the care of others, but we do. Our daughter has loved every day and it’s our first choice for her younger sibling.

We have had one child graduate from Spruce and currently have one in their second year there. The School is extremely well run, it’s a great community, and the teachers are the best around. The overall Spruce experience has been an A+.

We couldn’t be happier with our three year experience at this nursery school. It is truly a magical place with the most loving and caring teachers. It also has the highest student to teacher ratio you can find in this area. We can’t wait to continue on at this school with our second child.
