TLC frequently provides backup care for our daughter (2.5yrs) when her normal daycare is closed and they’re fantastic. She has a great time, they take excellent care of her, and they do a great job communicating with us. She especially loves that they have their own playground!

My husband and I are so happy with our experience at TLC. As first time parents, from the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and confident leaving our baby in their care. The caregivers are warm, attentive, and genuinely caring and loving towards our son. We love the consistent communication. We get updates, photos, videos, and notes about feeding, naps, and any unexpected needs or concerns for our son. Our son is always happy at drop-off and pickup, which says everything. We’re grateful to have found a place where our baby is not only cared for, but truly loved and supported.

Tender Loving Care has been incredibly beneficial for our daughter. We were lucky to find such an amazing place on short notice after a negative experience elsewhere. The staff at TLC is genuinely caring, professional, and gives each child the focus and time they need. Our daughter hasn’t just been progressing, she’s been thriving with their guidance and activities. Thank you for everything you’ve done and continue to do! We are lucky our daughter is part of such an amazing developmental and social experience.

My son attended TLC Woburn about 9 years ago. He was there for about two years and we loved it there! He was very attached to his teachers and they cared so much for him. We felt secure that they had cameras in all their rooms and that I was able to check in on him throughout the day. We also liked that the center wasn’t too big and it was reasonably priced. If the center is still anything like it was then, I would definitely recommend this center they had great teachers that cared for the kids!

We enrolled our daughter at TLC when she was 4 months old. From day one, the staff made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. She’s learned many words, songs, dances, and more at TLC. She loves her teachers. Communication has been excellent. We receive regular updates, photos, videos and thoughtful feedback about her day. It gives us peace of mind knowing she’s in a structured, engaging, and loving environment. Would recommend to everyone. Our second will soon be joining her.
