I really don’t have the words to thank my daughter’s teachers for being there for her daily (and me!!). As a first time parent it’s hard having to go back to work after being home with my daughter for so long. The only way I can get through a whole day of work is knowing that my daughter is safe, happy and cared for while with Ms. Nika & Ms. Kay (and all the other teachers who graciously welcome and help Allie each day). I know she’s getting exceptional care because I get a report each day! They tell me how many times her diaper gets changed & all the fun details of that diaper change. They report each time she eats and how much and even lets me know if she uses the toilet. Other than a written record, I know Allie is being well taken care of because of how happy she looks before she sees me walk through the door- THAT is everything to me. Also, a little bonus is that my girl gets her hair done at school which is super nice of the teachers! We appreciate you all at The Kids Place and I can’t say enough good things. We love you!

My kids love all the teacher they care for all the kids I would highly recommend this school if you are looking for daycare I live 20 minutes away and I’m telling you I absolutely don’t mind the drive because this place is amazing

Cassondra HumphreyDec 6, 2025We absolutely love The Kids Place in East Longmeadow! Both of my daughters go here, and we couldn't be happier. The teachers are incredible - so kind, patient, and genuinely caring with every child. My older daughter always comes home excited to tell me about her day, and even though my younger one is only 1.5 and doesn't talk much yet, it's easy to see how happy and comfortable she is there. The staff clearly put a lot of love and attention into what they do, and it shows. The communication with families is great, and I always feel confident knowing my girls are in such good hands. We feel so lucky to have found such a warm, nurturing, and fun environment for both our girls!
Lindsey GiacomoniNov 12, 2025Our daughter started at Holyoke Kids Place and we absolutely LOVED it! When we moved to East Longmeadow, we enrolled her there too, and it was just as wonderful. The staff — Melissa, Eve, Ashley, Miss Sue, and everyone else — are truly amazing. I always felt completely at peace leaving my daughter in their care. She had the best time every day and really thrived in their environment. Honestly, my biggest regret was ever taking her out. If I could do it all over again, I’d choose Kids Place every single time. If you’re looking for a loving, safe, and joyful place for your child, Kids Place is it!

He comes home buzzing about his day, he loves his teacher (Ms. Yari) and always tells me that Eve is the best. I know my son is genuinely cared for and most importantly, he's safe.
