  • We found Mosaic in a moment of desperation, after learning that the school our son had been attending was closing in just a few weeks. Kim welcomed us to Mosaic, and we have been so happy there! As a family with two parents who work full time, it is important to us that the place they spend their week doesn’t just entertain them but serves as an early education experience. Mosaic does exactly this. They’re programming, especially for the older kids, is the perfect balance between fun and instructive. This year, our 4yo has learned all his letters and can even write his own name. They have also gone on field trips and regularly have music and creative movement classes. Finally, the community itself is welcoming, diverse, and inviting. Our son has been so happy there (even to the point of not wanting to come home at the end of the day!). I wish we didn’t have to leave! Thank you, Mosaic, for taking such good care of our children.

  • I am a proud Mosaic parent! My son Colin went to school there, but it was not just school. He was nurtured and treated like my own family would treat him. The staff is so dedicated to the kids and to each other which is Evident by the milieu they create. There is always something fun happening and school and lots of charity work, walks, and drives for the community . I love that my son grew up thinking this should be the norm, which has carried on with him! Communication was great there, whether Brightwheeel app, email, or phone. I only wished they continued through high school i would have kept him there !

  • My son attended Mosaic for two years and he loved it. He still asks to go back and visit, so we go from time to time. What we liked most about Mosaic was the laid back ambience of the school. They cater to the needs of the children as well as follow their lead. What’s most important for me, is that my child is safe and happy at his school. I’ve always felt comfortable leaving my son at Mosaic while we go to work due to the love and affection the teachers provide for the children. My child has always shown happiness while at Mosaic and for that I am grateful. Teachers are all great and sweet, plus a bonus that most of them are bilingual, my son would come home speaking and singing in Spanish. Communication has always been smooth from teachers and admin using the school’s app. We have never had issues with communication, while we attended the school. Admin and teachers were always nice and willing to answer any questions. Some of the other great things about Mosaic are the community participations, like Wake up the Earth Parade and the Pride Parade. We are grateful for a fun, nurturing and learning experience my son had while at Mosaic.

  • I was a teacher at the Mosaic School many years ago, long before I had kids of my own. It was a life changing experience for me as I made relationships with an entire community of families, many of which I'm still in touch with regularly to this day. The classrooms were always warm, nurturing and educational, and the staff were incredibly devoted to the children they served. Kim was committed to being the best, making sure every teacher was thoroughly vetted with a full background check, that our curriculums met national standards, and that we maintained our certification from the National Alliance for Children and Youth (NACY). Given the standards we were held to, it's impossible for me to believe a review that states there were investigations happening. I'd also question any parent who chose to keep their child in a care setting that, in their own words, had "known, open investigations" happening? As a parent myself, I'd never knowingly leave my kids somewhere that was not meeting my standards. My standards for my kids are incredibly high. And that bar was set by my experience with the Mosiac School. If I hadn't moved to the west coast, my kids most certainly would've gone here. I've never found another place like it.

  • Had 2 children attend Mosaic in different classes for approximately 9 months. We had challenges with communication in both classrooms and there was significant teacher turnover without clear plans in place. The administrative team was often unaware of the issues and did not readily share plans to address challenges with parents.

  • Warm, knowledgable staff who are as kind and caring and fun at the end of the day as its beginning.
