This school is truly something special. The children here develop the most beautiful, kind hearts while learning, growing, playing, and building friendships that are incredibly important for healthy child development. You can see every day how much care, intention, and passion goes into the environment and curriculum. The programs are engaging, nurturing, and thoughtfully designed — the kids are not only learning academically, but also gaining confidence, social skills, independence, and a genuine love for learning. The relationships formed here between teachers, students, and families are so meaningful. Schools like this are rare today. Twin Oaks is the real deal — a place where children are supported, encouraged, and allowed to truly thrive. I feel so lucky to be part of this community! Highly recommend to any family looking for a warm, enriching, and authentic early childhood education experience.
Taylor LynnMay 9, 2026My daughter started at twin oaks in August in the preschool program. We were looking for a school that offered a structured academic program that would all for an easy transition to kindergarten. The curriculum at twin oaks is like no other preschool that I have seen they learn how to write their first & last name, and the entire alphabet ( which is achieved through daily practice). They send out a monthly newsletter that details a country, an artist, cooking, science, math, and other topics that will be covered throughout the month. Everything in the monthly newsletter is covered during that month’s curriculum. They also allow for ample outdoor time and exploration as well. The teachers and staff are very caring, and all of the children that attend the school seem to get along very well as peers. If you are looking for smaller class sizes, structure, preschool readiness this is definitely a place to look at
Lisa ClarkMay 8, 2026This school has been amazing for my son, going on 2 years! Now that the troublesome teachers and parents are gone!!! The environment is so so so much better calm, positive, and truly focused on the kids. My son loves it there, and the teachers they have now are incredible. He’s already advanced and starting to read. The curriculum is absolutely outstanding. Other centers focus on play this one focuses on learning and play. I only wish they offered elementary school because we’d stay in a heartbeat. The director is wonderful, warm, and genuinely puts the children first, and I agree with all the other positive comments about her. Highly recommend! As far as the negative comments sounds like poor work ethic and when I saw that teacher she was always rude to the kids and complaining about them. I picked up one day along with 2 other parents and Ms. E (commenter Emily L.) had no positive things to say about any of the kids just complaints like she hated being there. I am so happy she left along with the others. For the parent that left the negative comment sounds like poor parenting can't blame the school because you can't control your kid at home. At the parent meeting that mom left swearing and slamming doors for no reason she seemed to leave that out of her review. Go see the school yourself I assure you you'll be pleased.
Ray F.Feb 22, 2026A Loving, Supportive, and Truly Transformative Place for Children the best choice ive ever made was sending my daughter there! Twin Oaks Farm Learning Center has been such a meaningful part of our family’s life. It is far more than a daycare, it’s a warm, intentional early learning community where children are genuinely cared for, encouraged, and celebrated. From the very beginning, the director has set the tone for this environment. She leads with love, compassion, and a deep commitment to putting children first. Before I chose this school I went on many tours of others. The director is hands on and on the front line. You can feel her heart in the way she supports and helps the families, guides her staff, and ensures that every child is treated with dignity and care. My daughter has been at Twin Oaks since she was just six months old, and now at three, she still wakes up excited to go every single day. Watching her grow here has been incredible. Her social skills, confidence, and early learning abilities are noticeably strong for her age, and I truly believe that the nurturing, structured, and engaging environment at Twin Oaks has played a huge role in that. She is thriving, and as a parent, that means everything. Like many childcare programs, Twin Oaks has experienced staffing changes. While several teachers did move on, these transitions ultimately brought positive growth. The current teachers are dedicated, professional, and genuinely love the children. They take pride in their work, follow policies, and bring a calm, joyful energy into the classrooms. Since these changes, the overall atmosphere has become even more welcoming, consistent, and uplifting. I also want to highlight the current preschool teacher Ms. Maddison she is truly phenomenal. Her patience, creativity, and genuine love for the children shine through every day. I feel such relief and gratitude knowing my daughter is in her classroom, learning from someone who not only understands early childhood development but also brings warmth and enthusiasm to her work. It has made such a difference in my daughter’s experience. The curriculum is thoughtful and developmentally appropriate, and the staff goes above and beyond to make learning fun, hands‑on, and meaningful. Children here are not only cared for they are supported in ways that help them grow socially, emotionally, and academically. The director’s warmth and professionalism create a sense of trust that is rare to find. Families feel heard, respected, and truly part of a community. Twin Oaks Farm Learning Center is not just a place where children spend their day, it’s a place where they are nurtured, guided, and given a strong foundation for the future. I would not put much weight on negative reviews, as they often leave out important context, and their wrong doings( i have personally witness) and do not reflect the full, authentic experience this center provides.
EmilyJan 30, 2026I want to say when I first started working at Twin Oaks, I was hopeful that I would be there for a while. I worked there for a year and a half, and anyone who wants to work there, proceed with caution. You’ll be expected to look at books for any training rather being shown. My first week in the infant room, I was with someone for two days and then left alone because I was in ratio. You are expected to be a month ahead with curriculum, when the only time available is during naptime. During that time you have an hour break so realistically you only have an hour. You aren’t trusted to do your own curriculum, so things that were prepared for the next day had to be changed if the director didn’t like them. You can be the nicest person and leave with notice and you’ll still be treated like you were the bad guy. Ana will talk about you to other staff and make fun of you behind your back, and defame your character long after you leave. Ana does not know the difference of professional and personal favoritism and will believe her favoritism of an employee is personal and then talk about it with other staff. She has threatened to air dirty laundry in front of other staff when I asked why she’s allowed to tell the other staff in front of the kids during nap time and I wasn’t. No matter what you do, it will never be enough and things that were expected of you won’t be expected as the person that was her favorite. They will openly try to make you out to be the bad person to the parents. No matter how much you give notice and leave on good terms you will always be the bad person.
Emily LamarreJan 29, 2026When we first enrolled at Twin Oaks, it truly felt like a warm, supportive environment and our son loved going to school. Unfortunately, that changed dramatically this school year. Over a short period of time, multiple teachers quit, and internal conflicts were openly present in front of the children. As a result, we saw significant behavioral changes in our very empathetic child, who was clearly affected by the instability. Since removing him his anxiety has decreased and he has returned to himself emotionally and behaviorally. The owner and director present themselves as honest, supportive, and open to parent concerns. In our experience, that was not the reality. During a parent meeting, I expressed concerns and even offered constructive solutions regarding leadership and internal conflict. Rather than listening or working collaboratively, the director became dismissive and unprofessional, making it clear our family was viewed as just another number rather than valued members of the community. Even after the meeting I wrote her a message further explaining myself and was left ignored. Prospective families should be aware that while the curriculum is well-written and the major selling point to families, it is extremely rigorous and, in our opinion, developmentally advanced and can be stress-inducing for children ages 2–5. Despite how appealing the program is presented, the leadership and environment do not reflect the supportive, transparent values they claim to uphold. I speak to this being an educator myself. I would not recommend enrolling your child at Twin Oaks.
