I am writing to share serious concerns about this daycare’s safety practices and overall professionalism. A four-year-old child was able to leave the classroom unsupervised and exit the building due to a lack of proper childproofing on the doors. The child made it all the way down the street before being noticed, which raises significant concerns about supervision and security. Additionally, there appears to be a pattern of unnecessary and frequent calls requesting parents to pick up their children early, even when there is no legitimate reason, which is especially concerning for families who rely on consistent childcare while working. It is also worth noting that there seems to be an unusual number of positive reviews posted within a short time frame. There are concerns that incentives, such as rewards for children, may be used to encourage favorable reviews, while negative feedback is not consistently reflected. Furthermore, there have been instances of abrupt disenrollment without appropriate notice. In one case, a child was removed without the standard two-week notice, despite no behavioral or policy-related issues. The decision appeared to be influenced by unrelated circumstances involving a family member and external comments, which raises questions about fairness and professionalism. Based on these experiences, I would strongly encourage other parents to carefully evaluate this daycare before enrolling their children.
