My daughter was supposed to begin daycare 5/1. I had done a tour, filled out her paperwork, paid the retainer fee ect. which I had all sent in & finished about 3 months prior. I called around 4/1 to get some final questions answered such as another tour with my daughter so she could see the space ect. I never received a call back. I never even received an email or anything. I figured I would have my call returned as I even left a voicemail. I also found it a little odd that I didn’t receive even a generic email prior to her first day… needless to say, she willing be attending. Didn’t even get in touch to be able to tell them she won’t be. I was disappointed as the Y seemed like it should be a credible place.
Page EirasMay 1, 2026My toddler started going here at 2 years old and it has been nothing short of amazing! I was very nervous to leave her with anyone other than myself, that I could actually trust. But the teachers there are absolutely wonderful, trusting, and caring. I really feel as they treat mine as their own. Would highly recommend this center to anyone. I really appreciate all they do to make my little girl so happy.

Tamra, the Director is absolutely incredible, she walked us through the entire onboarding process and was extremely helpful and responsive. We are VERY impressed by the entire staff, our kids LOVE it! During pickup the only comment is, can we stay longer?! Can’t say enough, very well run center with outstanding staff. Thank You! We are so happy being able to entrust a team with our most precious children.
