  • We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and love our daughter has received with Ms. Alison. She is patient, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children’s growth and happiness. Over her time here, we’ve watched our daughter blossom—learning new skills, building friendships, and developing so much confidence. Every day she comes home excited to share something new she learned or a fun activity she did. We received daily communication including potty breaks, lunch/snacks and sometimes photos of the daily activities. We will truly miss being part of this wonderful community and are so thankful for the positive impact it has had on our daughter’s early years. We couldn’t have asked for a better start to her journey. Thank you Ms. Alison!

  • Unfortunately, today was my baby’s last day at daycare. My youngest came to Ms. Alison at two months old and I could not imagine leaving my very small and sweet baby with anyone else. Ms. Alison was there for all the trials and tribulations, ups and downs and the journey to getting him the support and help he would need moving forward. I know my kid was well taken care of and loved when at night as he lay in bed he would loudly say Ms. Alison I love you, when every morning he was not concerned about saying goodbye to us but instead rushed through the door to be with you and when every afternoon he had to say goodbye and hug you several times before he left. I am terrified of him moving on, as I do not know if he will receive that same love and security. It was easier when my older son left because he was so independent and vocal but my youngest is not, and it also helped that I knew in a few months my baby would be there with Ms. Alison. We are so thankful for everything, the love and care that Ms. Alison gave to both of my boys. She was an integral part of both their lives and ours for the last 7 years. She was good to our family and we genuinely appreciate her and her family.

  • Nazareno Child Care is a BLESSING! It is literally like a second home and family for the children. The attention, love, and care given to the children by Mrs. Alison and her family is remarkable. Your mind well be at ease knowing your children are safe, in general and with COVID protocol! I could go on forever raving about Mrs. Alison but you just have to expierence it for yourself.

  • Ms. Alison is the BEST daycare in Ft. Washington!! I was very nervous to use a daycare for the first time and received a recommendation from a neighbor. That was the BEST recommendation ever!! She truly loves what he does and creates the perfect environment for the kids. My son is currently in the 2nd grade and still asks to go see Ms. Alison. If you are looking for a safe, loving, and professional daycare, look no further!! You will not be disappointed!

  • I can’t rave enough about Alison! She’s thorough, caring, and patient. Her daycare is very well maintained and cleaned/sanitized. She runs a fulfilling curriculum and perfectly balanced level of structure. My daughter loved being here and learned a lot. There’s also no one I trust more—my daughter has food allergies, and with Alison’s high standards and capabilities, I always felt my daughter was safe and well-looked after. This will always be our #1 choice for child care!

  • Words can’t describe how thankful I am to have been referred to Nazareno Child Care from a friend who daughter attended. From the moment we entered to interview Alison, my 1 yr old was completely comfortable. This was the first good sign as she’s not receptive to strangers. The daily updates and communication on potty & nap time, lunch and pictures during activities reduced my anxiety tremendously. She was even accommodating to her diet and adhered to her restrictions. I loved the COVID policy that was in place and other safety guidelines that she enforced in order to keep our children safe. Alison has done an amazing job with caring, loving and nurturing my now 4 yr old over the last 3 years. The curriculum she has and tips she gives has truly helped my daughter and equipped her for this school year. Thank you Alison for returning my baby happier, healthier, smarter, kinder and ready for school. I wish she could have stayed in your care forever!

Questions parents ask about Nazareno Child Care

Is Nazareno Child Care a licensed child care provider in Maryland?

Yes. Nazareno Child Care holds Maryland licence 1746221046775x151780219011491870, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Prince George's County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to March 30, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.

What does Maryland record about Nazareno Child Care's standing?

Maryland records Nazareno Child Care's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.

How many children is Nazareno Child Care licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 2 infant places and 6 school-age places for Nazareno Child Care. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does Nazareno Child Care operate all year?

Maryland records Nazareno Child Care as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.

Does this page show inspection results for Nazareno Child Care?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Nazareno Child Care's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
