I cannot recommend Annie's enough! Our child has attended since he was just three months old, and he absolutely loves the staff, often asking about them by name even while at home. Knowing he is loved and treated so well while in their care is invaluable. Friends and family often remark on how advanced he seems for his age due to the knowledge he has gained. We have to credit Annie's for consistently keeping lessons and education a top priority.
Alyssa AumanNov 7, 2025Our daughter has been at Annie’s ELC since she was just 5 months old, and she’s now 3! As first-time (and very anxious) parents, we toured a bunch of daycares trying to find the right fit for our little one. The moment we visited Annie’s, we just knew it was the place for us. Ms. Patsy knew every child by name, along with their likes, dislikes, and even the little details parents had requested. The staff always goes above and beyond, offering great suggestions to make sure each child has the best experience possible. We’ve since enrolled our second child, and we couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and attention our kids get every single day!
Sara LewisNov 6, 2025We love Annie's! The teachers do such fun activities and crafts with the kids, and they’re great about keeping us in the loop about what’s going on. Our two toddlers and one 2 year old have made good friends and get so excited to see their teachers every morning - and they're learning a lot.
Molly McGuiganNov 6, 2025I used to work at a daycare for a couple of years so when I had my daughter, I had high expectations and knew what I wanted to see in a daycare center. Annie’s was the first daycare my daughter went to and I cannot say enough good things. To start, all the staff member I came in contact with were so nice and made sure she felt welcomed. Patsy and Tara were nothing short of amazing and always so understanding of my situation. The center its self was always so clean and I felt safe knowing she was in a center you needed a code to access inside. My daughter is very shy and more reserved but it only took her a couple of days to warm right up to the staff. The center would also upload pictures and updates throughout her day which gave me a great peace of mind. I wish more than anything we didn’t have to move her because this center is amazing
Courtney RombaMar 2, 2024I couldn’t say enough how much I love Annie’s. My boy is so happy every day & they handle his attitude perfectly lol he has made SO much academic progress at age 2, it’s clear they work hard with the kids every day
Theresa ZuggSep 11, 2023We love Annie's! My son has been there for well over a year now. The new owners are so amazing. All of the staff does a wonderful job with my child. He is not even two yet and he knows all of his colors, shapes, animals, sign language and can count to five! The staff is great with communication. They keep me updated of everything he does throughout the day and it allows me to feel such peace and mind every day knowing he is in great hands there.

Questions parents ask about Annie's Early Learning Center
Is Annie's Early Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Annie's Early Learning Center holds Maryland licence 1746212885931x116159041277656080, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Charles County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to December 31, 2026. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Annie's Early Learning Center's standing?
- Maryland records Annie's Early Learning Center's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Annie's Early Learning Center licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 12 infant places and 20 school-age places for Annie's Early Learning Center. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does Annie's Early Learning Center operate all year?
- Maryland records Annie's Early Learning Center as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.
Does this page show inspection results for Annie's Early Learning Center?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Annie's Early Learning Center's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
