The young lady the manages this location was very nice and respectful, and as helpful as she could be until the very end! The owner on the other hand was not attentive. I would not recommend this location to anyone trying to get their child in a facility. Heard other things about this daycare not sure which location being as though they have 2. I tried to check it out on my own, but it took way to long just to get her acclimated. a month and a half to be exact. Vibe was off with the owner, Ppl just about their money now a days. Which is cool because it is a business, right? Well not comfortable having my child where I feel uneasy about! I found a new daycare center (highly recommended) filled out enrollment forms that Monday, Childcare subsidy sent request. Brought in forms and she started the next following Monday. That is how easy it's always been for me to get my child (oldest) in daycare. My 2 1/2-year-old been out of daycare for 3 months. I moved here to Baltimore for work and had to take a leave because I couldn't get her in daycare. I have been the roughest couple of months. I really wish you would take care of the families that come to your center with their babies. I would have even paid for the first week until the voucher was approved. There was no sense of urgency. Even with explaining the situation. God Bless, I wish you all the best.
CocoMar 8, 2024I truly regret sending my daughter here. She came home with bruises from being beat and a lump on her head. I took her to the doctor immediately after picking her up. They called CPS on this daycare. The fact they are still open shows Maryland childcare allows anyone to have a daycare. Do not send your child here and listen to them. They do not lie!
Courtney BrownJul 10, 2021BTLC has provided my daughter with top notch care and education from age 2 to 4. As of now she would still be in their care BUT she got accepted into a rigorous kindergarten program and will begin in fall.. the youngest in her class, starting at AGE 4 1/2. This is literally all Thanks to blessed trinity! ❤ my baby was deemed advanced, skipped PreK and is and ready for real school ❤. They provide a great curriculum and push your kids to their potential. Very responsive to calls/texts/and visits (pre covid). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!
