  • I give this school 10’s across the board!! I am so hard to please when it comes to child care for my children and I am blown away with my experience at Brilliant Beginnings! The staff is awesome, the curriculum is amazing, the sanitary practices are great and my son LOVESSS it! I am so grateful that I found this school, they definitely make my days easier and ease my anxiety knowing that my child is being cared for properly.

  • I went to meet with someone for a tour at 550. I got there early so I went inside just to let them know I was there. I was then approached by a woman who said “who let y’all in here somebody let y’all in?” I said oh no the door was open, I am supposed to meet with someone at 550” she said “yea at 550. It’s only 530. So yea at that time 550.” I was like ohhh okay and left because no way I’m am going to send my child somewhere when the staff is that rude at first meet. That’s was insane to me . The rudeness was unnecessary. She could’ve just said oh ok can you just wait outside for a minute and we will be with you. But .. immediately no . Very rude very bad first impression

  • Best daycare ever. My little guy was behind on his development because of Covid. He couldn’t/ wouldn’t talk and was spoiled rotten at home by his nanny and grandma. Within two months of day care, he learned to take turns, drink out of a cup, wave hi/bye/goodnight, paint, color, eat at a dinner table like a grown kid, count, and try to do his ABC. Miss Witney is super firm with him and is great at communication (she taught us how to continue to teach him at home). She’s doing some magic there with him because I noticed soo much progress and yet he loves going to “school”. They also have seasonal activities like their Harvest Fest for the little dude. I’m soo glad I picked this place.

Questions parents ask about Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center

Is Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Maryland?

Yes. Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center holds Maryland licence 1746220398182x941529373424451800, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Baltimore County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to April 30, 2028. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.

What does Maryland record about Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center's standing?

Maryland records Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.

How many children is Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 6 infant places and 10 school-age places for Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center operate all year?

Maryland records Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.

Does this page show inspection results for Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Brilliant Beginnings Early Learning Center's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
