I was extremely disappointed with how this daycare handled a recent situation. After only two weeks, administration decided to dismiss a child from the program instead of working with the family and giving the child a reasonable opportunity to adjust. Two year olds are still learning, and many need time, consistency, and support in a new environment. What was especially concerning was that even a staff member expressed surprise at the decision, saying they had never heard of something like this happening. Management also acknowledged that they were understaffed, which raises questions about whether staffing shortages influenced the decision rather than providing additional support to the child. Families deserve a daycare that partners with them through challenges instead of making quick decisions. Based on this experience, I would encourage parents to ask how the daycare handles behavioral concerns, what interventions are used, how much time children are given to adjust to a new environment, and under what circumstances a child may be dismissed from the program. Choosing childcare is one of the most important decisions a parent can make. I hope other families ask these questions before enrolling so they can decide whether this daycare's approach aligns with the kind of support and partnership they expect for their child.
Ayanna BJul 6, 2026Impressed by the beautiful playground, kiddie play areas and snacks! The tour was very informative and my preK kid felt so welcomed. I know he’s going to thrive here. So many hours of coverage so amazing for working parents. I really love how flexible the pick up and drop off is. Thank you, Ms. Reed and Celebree of North Potomac. Today the front office was transformed with lots of fun educational books!

Everyone here loves what they do and tale true pride in their job. Normally there’s always a bad apple but here across the bored EVERYONE on the staff is helpful !!!

The teachers all care so much and clearly love all of the children, and it’s definitely a wonderful little community. They put a lot of work into having fun activities for all of the different age groups, and our daughter has been learning so much there. The hours and location are also very convenient! Highly recommend.

Mrs. Natalia and Andrea are super sweet and have been so supportive with my daughters potty transitioning. My husband and I are so thankful, we trust the director and the staff and know that our child is safe and very much loved here.
