This review is based off of our experience with how the business is run as we did not receive any childcare. In April, we met with Johnna and she offered us a spot for our infant. We paid her a $350 deposit to secure a spot for early July. We obviously stopped searching for childcare needs as we assumed we secured our spot for our child for when we return to work. Literally 2 weeks before our child was supposed to start care, I received a voicemail from Johnna telling me she could no longer honor the spot and was going to send us a check back. Now we are scrambling trying to find childcare as we have to return to work, and parents know how difficult it is to find care for an infant. The position that this puts families in is horrible and there did not seem to be any empathy for the situation. I would absolutely not recommend this business to any family.

He’s learning skills to prepare him for school and making friends too. We are grateful for her and the loving learning environment she creates. Our son is always excited for his days at Cuddly Bear’s! We have and will continue to recommend her.

My daughter went to her first day of daycare at this facility (paid 250 for the week) - after one day we were told that she was not able to watch our daughter because she wanders too much and does her thing by herself too much. To which I understood - but we were offered no sort of compensation after the owner kicked her out. She has no fencing in her backyard and was upset my child wandered off. The nap times were extremely long and the owner was very upset that my two year old wasn’t quiet enough during it. We were very upfront with the owner that she’s transitioning out of the nap stage and she does wander a little - she said it would be fine. But clearly she lied about that as well. She seemed very judgmental to us and our daughter. Lied multiple times to us as well when discussing with my husband and I how our daughter did the first day. Very hurtful and just overall extremely displeased. Would not recommend to any family or friends. Seems like she’s only interested in the money and not interested in doing the right thing.
Alyssa WindsteinOct 8, 2024She had my 2 year old daughter for one day and told me she couldn’t keep her anymore because she did not follow her strict routine on the first day.she said my daughter was good the whole day but didn’t follow her routine. She never gave her a chance to. She refused any refund even though it was her decision to not let her come back and also left us looking for another sitter for the next day. Also the play area backs right up to the woods and has no fence around it and she just expects the kids to stay there. If I could give this place zero stars I would
