I went in person to ask about availability for my son Max, but my experience was very disappointing. From the moment I arrived, I felt unwelcome. No one came out to speak to me directly — instead, someone spoke through the intercom saying, “There’s no space,” in a cold and dismissive way. If this is the way they treat parents who are simply asking for information, I can only imagine how they might treat children. A little kindness and professionalism would have made a huge difference. I left feeling very uncomfortable and disrespected.
