The staff is incredibly friendly. My daughter was quite reserved before joining the program, but I’ve noticed a significant improvement in her social skills.
Ashlee D (Ash)Feb 23, 2026As a speech pathologist I appreciate the level of understanding and support for all types of learners at this center. The staff are engaged and clearly invested in not only providing care and safety for their students, but also helping them grow academically.
Therese LynchFeb 20, 2026The Divinity Child Development is a good care center for child development. The After Care environment is clean and quiet for the kids to learn and interact with one another. Also, the staffs are professional and friendly. The customer service is excellent. They offer transportation services for the kids, to transport the kids from School to the Divinity Child Development Center. In addition, my daughters are happy and appreciate the service they received from the center. They tell me a lot of positive experiences being in the After Care Center. I will recommend the Divinity Child Development Center to other parents.
Maraizu UkaegbuFeb 17, 2026My son has attended this daycare for several years, and it has been such a positive experience for our family. The staff goes above and beyond in both customer service and the care they provide to the children. They are compassionate, attentive, and truly invested in each child’s growth and well-being. They communicate well with parents and are always willing to work with you if any concerns arise. It feels like a partnership, not just a service. I am incredibly thankful for the safe, nurturing environment they’ve provided for my son.
Brittany CastilloFeb 13, 2026Very professional dedicated caregiver, exceptional care for my grandchildren who love being a part of divinity child development. The staff goes beyond what is expected. We are so blessed
Deborah ImanFeb 12, 2026Thanks for helping me raise my child and setting her up with a foundation set up for success. She loves her daycare family 💙 and I do too, their caring bonds with each individual child is beautiful U can see it everyday how they have taught all the kids to have fun while being respectful to theirselves and others Also from toddler to a preschooler the transition was easier with their help, structure set her up for success in her first year at school by following familiar routines and schedules.. She has fun learning and gets to socialize with all the kids and they are helping her learn to read now .. wow ! I was unsure of trying a different daycare a year ago but I’m glad I did the change, my kid found her voice and confidence and has definitely improved her social skills & ques. And potty trained Just In time for school. Learns, plays and is safe , this center checks everything on my list and more Thanks guys keep up the great work!

Questions parents ask about Divinity Child Development
Is Divinity Child Development a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Divinity Child Development holds Maryland licence 1746226312360x839929824304818300, listed as "INITIAL - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Prince George's County. The licence is recorded as Initial - Full, running to February 28, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Divinity Child Development's standing?
- Maryland records Divinity Child Development's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Divinity Child Development licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 15 school-age places for Divinity Child Development. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does Divinity Child Development operate all year?
- Maryland records Divinity Child Development as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.
Does this page show inspection results for Divinity Child Development?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Divinity Child Development's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
