Miss Fields Daycare is truly a blessing. From the very first day, I felt completely at peace leaving my child in her care. The environment is warm, safe, and full of love. Miss Fields treats every child like her own — she’s patient, attentive, and always goes above and beyond to make sure each little one feels special. I’ve noticed such positive changes in my child since starting here — more confidence, better social skills, and a genuine excitement to go to daycare every morning. The communication with parents is wonderful, and I always know what’s going on throughout the day. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be cared for, nurtured, and encouraged to grow, Miss Fields Daycare is the perfect place. I couldn’t be more grateful for her and her team.
Dluxe SalonAug 8, 2025After having such a bad daycare experience with my oldest son, i must say i was nervous to put my younger son into daycare. Covid was just wrapping up and i needed childcare. I took a leap of faith and must say, no regrets. My son was under the care of this daycare from 1 - 5. He thrived there made a best friend and was safe. Despite what others may say Mrs. Domonique really loves those kids and strives to provide a warm, loving environment. I will miss bringing my kiddo here everyday and am happy to say i was always confident that my child would be safe in her care.
Ashley S.Aug 7, 2025Fields Preparatory is an outstanding child care center. My son attended for two and a half years, and during that time, he thrived in a warm, nurturing, and structured environment. Ms. Dominique and Ms. Erica were especially instrumental in helping him feel secure and welcomed, forming meaningful connections with both staff and peers. If you’re seeking a clean, safe, and supportive place for your child, I highly recommend Fields Preparatory.
Crystal GunterAug 5, 2025My son attended Fields Preparatory and it was truly a blessing. He learned a lot and grew from the start. His teachers were very attentive and was always very supportive. I loved the program and all the activities that they did with him. He would be so excited to go everyday and I highly recommend.
jasmine herndonAug 5, 2025Please be aware!!!. As of January 27th, they have two open child abuse/neglect cases against my son. One of the workers there reported to Domonique that she saw another worker stuffing baby wipes in my 7 month old son’s mouth because he was crying. NOW as a childcare provider she is…. BY LAW mandated to report any child abuse or neglect even if there is only suspicion. Did the owner do that? NO. Instead of her reporting the incident she “wanted to wait to talk to the girl who called the child abuse hotline”. Now mind you this incident happened on a friday. I saw dominique that following monday to drop my son off. You think she told me that someone reported one of her workers of child abuse? Nope! CPS reached out to me and said they received a call against them. Dominique wanted to intimidate or threaten to fire that girl… THATS WHY she didnt report it. And dominique so nasty and unprofessional, she refused to send me a copy of change of provider form for me to switch centers and never responds to me asking about my tax forms. Licensing and CPS are involved still and I hope she gets cited and shut down. Like I said when you work with children (and the elderly or disabled ) you are required to report child abuse or neglect and she did not. Theres no telling how many other incidents she never reported or told parents about.
shawny crawleyFeb 25, 2025Fields Preparatory is an excellent center. They have taken great care of my child for the last 2 years. I’m so glad that we found Ms. Dominique and her team. We will be sad to leave them for “big school”.

Questions parents ask about Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center
Is Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center holds Maryland licence 1746221232129x360148978534231550, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Baltimore County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to February 29, 2028. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center's standing?
- Maryland records Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 3 infant places for Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center operate all year?
- Maryland records Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.
Does this page show inspection results for Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Fields Preparatory Early Learning Center's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
