  • Amazing daycare -- our baby is happy and thriving at GHES. As any new parent would be, I was worried about the transition to daycare when my leave ended, but the staff handled it so smoothly and baby adjusted quickly. Our baby gets a lot of attention and care from the teachers and we really appreciate that they update us on developmental milestones regularly. We also value the community that the school builds through optional evening activities like the valentine's day dance and international night. I would 100% recommend this center to anyone who is looking for thoughtful, safe, and attentive care for their child.

  • Finding a daycare that truly feels like family is rare, and we are endlessly grateful we found one here. From the very beginning, the staff and teachers have gone above and beyond to create a warm, loving, and incredibly supportive environment for our children. The teachers are not only engaged and attentive, but genuinely creative in the way they teach, play, and connect with the kids each day. The facilities are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and always feel welcoming, safe, and full of joy. But what truly sets this place apart is the heart behind it all. Our youngest struggled deeply with separation anxiety during the transition into a new environment, and the emotional support, patience, and reassurance the staff provided to both our baby and us as parents meant more than words can express. They handled every tear and hard morning with compassion, consistency, and so much love until daycare became a place of comfort and security. Our Pre-K child had also been through far too many transitions and moves for such a young age, and this team helped provide the stability, encouragement, and emotional care they desperately needed. We watched their confidence grow again because of the kindness and dedication poured into them daily. This is so much more than a daycare. It is a community filled with extraordinary people who care deeply about children and families. We could not recommend them more highly.

  • Both of my daughters have been at GHES for almost 3 years and we love them all! There is no better feeling than knowing our kids are being taken care of and safe. Miss Sonya and Miss Kayla are such great caretakers and our little one is always having fun and learning. Miss Daijah and Miss Shafia do such a great job with our 3.5 yr old. They always make sure we know how her day was and help us navigate through any challenges and always celebrate her wins to build her confidence !!

  • My son enjoys going to school and loves all his teachers - Ms Daijah and Ms Syafia, (they patiently make sure he eats his lunch, which shows their love for him!!) Ms Sara and Ms Jennifer (who helps out the class during the PM session). They definitely made a great difference to his schooling experience. Thumbs up!

  • Our son started daycare at 6 months old, and he has now been there for almost a year. During this time, he has reached so many important milestones — learning to sit, crawl, walk, and develop many other skills. We are very grateful for the care and support from all of his teachers. They have been consistently kind, attentive, and thoughtful, helping him grow in a nurturing environment. A special thank you to Ms. Vijayalakshmi, Ms. Yasmina, Ms. Yusimi, Ms. Estitxu, Ms. Eliss, and Ms. Kalyani. We truly appreciate everything you have done for our son and our family.

  • We have had such a wonderful experience at GTH! Our toddler has thrived there, and we couldn't be happier with the care he receives. A huge part of why we love this center is the incredible teaching staff. Neah, Khushboo, Estitxu and Yusimi are truly the best! They are incredibly warm, patient, and dedicated to the children. It is so clear how much they care about each child’s development and well-being, which gives us such peace of mind every day. If you are looking for a supportive and nurturing environment in the Rockville area, we highly recommend this school!

Yes. Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza holds Maryland licence 1746218716331x447276617731921150, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Montgomery County. How many children is Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 24 infant places for Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza operate all year?

Maryland records Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.

Does this page show inspection results for Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Georgetown Hill Congressional Plaza's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
