  • We recently switched our daughter to Kiddie Academy of Ballenger Creek and I could not be happier with the transition. From our tour to our first day to now well into our first month, the team has been nothing but kind, communicative, and collaborative. The owner and director truly care about the school and all of the children and it’s evident the moment you walk in. Bright, open classrooms with wonderful activities and play space for the kids, an amazing playground with multiple play structures, and nutritious meals and snacks served every day. The teachers are also so kind and have made the transition a breeze. From the moment I walked into the school I got a feeling and knew this was the right place for us. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place for their child to learn and grow in a happy, open, beautiful space. We are excited to be a part of the Kiddie Academy community!

  • We are incredibly grateful for the love, patience, and support our son has received at this daycare. Starting school was a huge transition for him, and Miss Anna, Miss Lily, and the entire staff have been so kind, caring, and encouraging throughout the process. Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen such positive growth in his comfort, participation, and confidence, and we truly appreciate the warm and nurturing environment they create every day. A special thank you to Ms. Breanna and Ms. Krupa for always being so prompt, responsive, and accommodating whenever we had questions or requests. Their support and communication have meant so much to us as parents. We also really appreciate how clean, organized, and welcoming the center always is. The activities, classrooms, outdoor play area, and overall environment are wonderful for children. It truly gives parents peace of mind knowing their child is in such caring hands. If you live in or around the Frederick area, this is definitely a place where you can confidently send your child and feel at ease knowing they are being cared for with so much love, attention, and professionalism. We truly feel lucky to have found them!

  • I’m writing this review, without being askedto do like other daycares do ask parents for reviews and parents do it for the child sake. I sawer they do what ever it takes to make my son learn and they start potty training him at his first day. Staffing are really professional and work with parents. Manger was so nice and explaining everything and very cooperative. If there are more than 5 stars I would do it. They are really caring and teaching not just give you a one second picture to please parents. They do an actual learning. And many things more. they have a live streaming camera and apps to watch you child not 5 min sessions. Because they are confident with what they are doing every day.nice new clean area, they have a nicest playground in all Frederick daycare.

  • This institution is truly different—and it shows from DAY ONE. After visiting several schools, this was the only one that provided clear, complete, and transparent information from the start. What truly sets them apart is their people. The team is empathetic, approachable, and makes you feel comfortable right away. They don’t just care for your child—they also support you as a parent and guide you every step of the way. It’s clear their administration is grounded in strong VALUES, which shows in every interaction. As this was our child’s FIRST SCHOOL EXPERIENCE—and the longest time he had ever been separated from us—the way they supported his transition was incredible. Their patience, experience, and care made all the difference, giving us real peace of mind during such an important moment. The FIRST DAY confirms everything. They handle children’s transitions with sensitivity, respect, and confidence, and you can see how children gradually become comfortable. The environment is safe, clean, and modern. Their educational approach is well-structured, with clear goals that support motor, social, emotional, and cognitive development. This is not just childcare—it’s purposeful, HIGH-QUALITY education. A school that truly cares about both children and their families. We would choose it again without hesitation.

  • We recently moved our daughter to this location from the New Market center since it’s much closer to our home, and the transition has been absolutely wonderful. We already had a great experience at the New Market location, so we felt confident knowing the ownership and management are the same—and they’ve exceeded our expectations again. Our daughter’s first week has been incredible. The center itself is beautiful, and the playground is so fun and engaging. Most importantly, the teachers are genuinely kind, loving, and attentive. They’ve already given our daughter so much care and attention, which has made all the difference. By day two, she was already smiling as soon as we pulled up to the daycare—that says everything. We’re so happy with our decision and truly grateful for such a warm and welcoming environment!
