This has been absolutely the best daycare and it was an absolute pleasure doing business with them. My newborn baby was placed at 5 months and she was ALWAYS cherished & prioritized. Further, I 100% felt safe with the staff and the buildings high tech safety features. As we move out of state, this is gonna be one of the places we miss the most, from top to bottom this place has been excellent. Wonderful ownership, management with crystal clear communication. I don’t know if an any other childcares will ever live up to this spot, cause this was absolutely the best!! 10,000 out of 10 I’d rate.

Genesis OrtizFeb 1, 2026Definitely recommend. Everybody is extremely friendly and sweet. It has everything you want in a childcare, it's clean and safe, it's fun and educational. The teachers genuinely love my kids like their own and that makes it easier to drop them off every day.
Ike OluweleJan 27, 2026We had a very disappointing experience with this Kiddie Academy location. Before enrolling, we were very clear that our son has an IEP and requires his IEP team to come into the daycare to provide services. We specifically asked if this would be an issue and were told it would not be. Based on that assurance, we paid the enrollment fees for both of our children, with a start date of 12/8. After payment and after setting up a shared email at the school’s request, Kiddie Academy informed us of new requirements for specialists entering the building, including a background check through the school and a medical report. These requirements were never disclosed prior to enrollment. As a result, our son’s IEP team informed us they could not provide services at this location due to the requirements imposed. Because our son could not receive legally required services, we were forced to withdraw both children. To make matters worse, the school also changed our start date from 12/8 to 12/15 without consulting us. We contacted the school multiple times requesting a refund since we enrolled based on information that turned out to be incomplete or misleading and no services were ever provided. Our concerns were not adequately addressed. Families with children who have special needs should ask very detailed questions and get everything in writing before enrolling. Transparency and communication were extremely lacking in our experience.
Hallie MJan 5, 2026Our son went to Kiddie Academy of Hanover for 3 years. The teachers are excellent. They are very caring and enthusiastic. The school also offers the kids a lot of fun along with learning. He made a lot of friends there.
