  • My son has been there since he was 4 months old. They take very good care of him. They update you throughout the day if need be and always keep you informed on eating habits and playtime. When he had surgery, they called to check on him up until the day he came back. Love the staff!

  • I called about reading my book and doing a fun book activity with the kids and the lady on the phone was so rude and said “a noooo I don’t think we’ll be needing that. She was very rude and it was a free thing for kids. They don’t sound like they really care about the kids.

  • My baby boy always came home with a diaper rash and to top it off,one of the teachers told me that a teacher got frustrated with my nine month old smh. The two year old always came home sloppy wet from piss and was never allowed to play. All the kids do is sit at the table that's in the middle of the daycare . the teachers suck and only smile in the kids faces when the parents are around.don't take your kids here!!

Questions parents ask about Kids Habitat 4

Is Kids Habitat 4 a licensed child care provider in Maryland?

Yes. Kids Habitat 4 holds Maryland licence 1746218542330x700315673150370300, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Montgomery County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to January 30, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.

What does Maryland record about Kids Habitat 4's standing?

Maryland records Kids Habitat 4's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.

How many children is Kids Habitat 4 licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 4 infant places and 4 school-age places for Kids Habitat 4. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does Kids Habitat 4 operate all year?

Maryland records Kids Habitat 4 as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.

Does this page show inspection results for Kids Habitat 4?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Kids Habitat 4's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
