  My son started attending LOUUCC in May of 2025. It was a very smooth and comfortable transition for him and I both, considering he was home with me for 20 months. The environment is clean, the teachers and administration have been welcoming, communicative, and comforting from day 1 to present. My son is on a vegetarian, non dairy diet and they ensure that he only indulges what I pack for him daily. My son quickly became verbal (even whole sentences at 2), friendly and has handled seperation from immediate family with ease due to the comforting environment at LOUUCC. My son counts to 10 with ease, sites animals and mocks the sounds they make, knows his ABCs and brings all the songs they sing at school home and shares them with us! 😃He talks about "Mrs. Marta" and friends all the time at home. We love this school!

  I enrolled my daughter here when she was very young, non-verbal, and on the autism spectrum. Before enrolling, I specifically asked whether the staff had experience working with children like her and was assured that they did. One day I was called to pick her up because she had fallen. When I arrived, she was crying and had visible knots on both sides of her head. No one could clearly explain what happened. The teacher was apologetic, but the story never fully made sense. I asked to see video footage to understand how my child was injured. I was repeatedly given excuses and told the owner was out of the country and would follow up later. While a phone call eventually did occur, it felt more focused on trying to make me feel better emotionally as a mother rather than providing clear answers or accountability. I never received the footage I requested. This experience still haunts me to this day. As a parent of a child who cannot speak for herself, the lack of transparency and closure has been deeply painful. I am sharing this so other families — especially those with non-verbal or autistic children — are aware of my experience and can make informed decisions about their child’s care.

  This daycare discriminated my autistic daughter before even starting the tour or giving her a chance. I have a 5 year old baby girl on the spectrum. Very happy, no tantrums, potty trained, adventurous & out going, responds yes or no to whatever she wants and expresses her needs, feeds herself drinks herself. Autism is just a label but she's so smart and is like any other outgoing 5 year old. The word "autism" came out my mouth and we immediately got redirected out the door. I was really looking forward to attending this daycare. It's very heart breaking people discriminate against children on the spectrum.
