Very disappointed. I’m looking to enroll my newborn here or to atleast get information. I have called multiple times, I have emailed, I even came up to the facility which is an old elementary school. A young lady came out and said the director was in a meeting and she would email me back and took down my information. Honestly the communication is so bad even if they got back to me I wouldn’t want to enroll my daughter there. Like what if it was an emergency and I wouldn’t even be able to reach anyone. I do not recommend this place . 0 stars on communication.

The director is kind, transparent, and communicates quickly and effectively. Whenever there’s an update, she makes sure families are informed through email or the daycare app, which gives us great peace of mind. The facility is always clean, and when illnesses circulate, the director is proactive—communicating clearly and ensuring that the affected rooms are deep cleaned right away. On top of that, the daycare organizes multiple trips and fun events throughout the year, which our kids always look forward to. One of the things we appreciate most are the perks they offer families. They have flexible hours, part-time options, and even provide a week of vacation per year. After being with them for a year, families also receive one free week of care, which is such a thoughtful benefit. The pricing overall is amazing for the quality of care provided. You can tell the teachers truly love and care for the children, and that creates such a positive and nurturing environment. The daycare is also Maryland EXCELS Level 4 certified, which further shows their commitment to high standards. We are so grateful to have found this daycare and highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, supportive, and caring environment for their children.
