Maryland publishes an infant band and a school-age band and no others, so these are not a total capacity and say nothing about toddler or preschool places.

  • This is an illegitimate business. They employed someone who needs to be served wage garnishment paperwork because she owes me over $20,000. We weren't able to serve her paperwork because Learn Laugh N Grow's charter with the state has been revoked. Do not do business with this daycare, they perform shady business practice. You could be putting your children in danger.

  • If I could give a negative 5 stars I would ! I would NOT recommend this daycare based on my experience. My child was out of daycare for approximately four weeks due to the facility having no heat, resulting in prolonged closures and completely unreliable childcare. During this time, families were left without consistent communication or viable alternatives. My child ultimately has not attended this daycare in over two months. Despite this, the provider is still attempting to charge me for childcare services that were not rendered, even after I submitted written notice of withdrawal on December 23, 2025, followed by another attempt on December 29, 2025. I received no response to either message. The provider has also failed to release a zero balance statement, which is required for Child Care Scholarship (CCS) processing and has delayed my ability to secure alternative childcare. What is most concerning is the lack of accountability and concern shown toward families who rely on dependable childcare to maintain employment. While families were struggling due to repeated closures and lack of heat, the owner appeared to be living comfortably driving her brand new car, which made the situation feel dismissive of the real financial and emotional impact on parents. In my opinion, this daycare prioritizes MONEY over family well-being. Reliable childcare requires communication, transparency, and care for the families served. Unfortunately, this provider demonstrated none of those qualities. I strongly encourage parents to proceed with caution and get everything in writing before enrolling.

  • If I could give 0 stars I would very unprofessional has been closed for 3 weeks but still charging parents co pays and still collecting state voucher money even though parents have been having to find other childcare and not responding to parents trying to get their vouchers released to transfer their children. Hasn’t had working heat in the center since 2022 but driving a 2025 Range Rover and lied making it seem like this was a new issue but has been ongoing she just never fixed the issue. Multiple employees have also reported their checks bouncing

Questions parents ask about Learn Laugh N Grow II

Is Learn Laugh N Grow II a licensed child care provider in Maryland?

Yes. Learn Laugh N Grow II holds Maryland licence 1746210837260x813323307555018400, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Baltimore City. What does Maryland record about Learn Laugh N Grow II's standing?

Maryland records Learn Laugh N Grow II's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.

How many children is Learn Laugh N Grow II licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 3 infant places for Learn Laugh N Grow II. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does this page show inspection results for Learn Laugh N Grow II?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Learn Laugh N Grow II's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
