  I am extremely disappointed with this daycare. My sister came home with scratches across her face, and no one seemed to take responsibility or explain how it happened. What's even more upsetting is that when she later scratched another child, they immediately wrote her up, yet they did nothing when she was the one who was injured. The way this situation was handled feels unfair and inconsistent. Parents should be informed when a child is hurt, and every child deserves the same level of care and attention. I expected better communication, accountability, and concern for my sister's safety. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this daycare.
