  • I had two of my toddlers attend this daycare for approximately two years or three. We were so happy with our first child that we enrolled our second child. We even thought if we had a third child it would be the best place to take him or her too. My kids had fun everyday and made friends. The time they were there the teachers were so kind to them. I don't know if any teacher that we did not like. They were all hard working teachers. The moment you were greeted at door they we're so sweet and polite. I liked them all individually that I even wrote a letter to the owners listing each teacher individually and the nice things they each did. I have to thank them all for their hard work. I would recommend this place to any parent bringing their children. Even babies they do a wonderful job. We miss the friends they made as my kids are no longer there but we think about the daycare anytime we drive by it. Thanks for the memories Lil village.

  • 90% of the teachers are very nice. They work VERY hard for what they get paid. They are not appreciated by the owners though. There are 10% bad apples teachers. Be careful for those teachers. The owners can be rude. They will hound you for money. You can tell the two owners are more concerned for money than the well being of the children and teachers. If you are late? Trust me they will call you NON stop or try to charge you extra. They don't care what your situation is. They will charge you $200 for supplies? First time I have seen a daycare charge for supplies. They will ask parents to bring their "left over Easter eggs" from home to do an Easter egg hunt at the daycare and only give the kids 3 eggs to take home? Come on. They send their teachers to Dollar tree to buy supplies and the "food" they give for snacks? Is the cheapest quality they can find. The owners will treat the employees like garbage. Will tell them they are doing them favors by keeping them employed. The "potlucks"? They make us parents bring food and no one brings anything. They charge us $2K a month and they can't order food? Like every other daycare? The husband? Is a flirt with the young employees. Be careful. As other reviewers have said the owners treat employees like garbage. And the like to say "that couple can't afford this place" after giving them a tour...they really need to change their attitudes and business because there is a new daycare opening near their Montgomery Village location and already a lot of parents and teachers will be switching to that one. Their business is already suffering financial loss so this new daycare will put a dent in their business. also the "positive" reviews are written because the owners will ask their "friendly parents" to write them.

  • I love li’l village they’re amazing! Great with the children, my daughter literally talks about her teacher all day everyday. You’d think she was her parent. Easy too drop off and pick up. She also has been going since she was 3 months.

  • Li'l Village has been a second home for two of our little ones. Ms. Priya always makes learning fun while challenging each child at the level they need. We are always amazed by her instructional methods and her creativity. Teaching is definitely her gift and talent.

  • My son has been attending this facility for almost a year now, and I’m thoroughly impressed by their exceptional approach to working with children. The staff has been incredibly dedicated and has taught him so many things that he’s come home and surprised me with. Unlike traditional daycares where you have to worry about the children’s well-being and development, this facility prioritizes the children’s care and is invested in their growth. If you’re seeking an affordable and hands-on childcare, this facility is an excellent choice!

  • This is a fabulous childcare facility! Great curriculum and atmosphere for our small one. My son has been with L’il village since 3 and now turning 5 soon I am proud to say they are very attentive, caring, and makes you feel secure your child is in good care. The teaching staff and owners treats us like family I highly recommend!

Questions parents ask about Li'L Village Child Learning Center

Is Li'L Village Child Learning Center a licensed child care provider in Maryland?

Yes. Li'L Village Child Learning Center holds Maryland licence 1746220512976x780346449910359400, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Montgomery County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to February 27, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.

What does Maryland record about Li'L Village Child Learning Center's standing?

Maryland records Li'L Village Child Learning Center's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.

How many children is Li'L Village Child Learning Center licensed for?

Maryland's record lists 6 infant places for Li'L Village Child Learning Center. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.

Does this page show inspection results for Li'L Village Child Learning Center?

No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Li'L Village Child Learning Center's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
