My granddaughter started here before she turned two years old. Now, she will soon be three years old. She has developed, learned dexterity, socialism, playing while learning. Parents bring in clothes that their kid has grown out of to share with others. The teachers have many activities for the kids. They are categorized and grouped by their ages. Fun activities on holidays for parents to join in. Meadows Montessori is the Best friend m all of the rest!
Donna L HallApr 21, 2026I’m a new mom whose maternity leave ended when my four-month-old son started school. He’s thriving, having mastered crawling, learning to walk, sitting, and solid foods. He’s also learned to drink from a cup and is more attentive to his name and songs. All of this has happened within two months. His teachers are very active with everyone in the classroom, and we receive updates and pictures throughout the day, which makes me feel like I’m still with him while I’m at work. The staff at this school has been incredibly helpful and supportive, beyond my sons’ achievements. They’ve been incredibly encouraging and kind, making it feel like a second home. They genuinely care about your child’s development and well-being.
Danielle ChoyfooSep 12, 2025I absolutely love Meadows Montessori and so does my daughter. She started at a little over 1 years old and is still there a year and half later. The staff is amazing and the new Director even participates and I love that. Kendall is the best !!! If you want to send your child somewhere safe and fun, where they will learn and grow, then I highly recommend this center.
Scheduling CoordinatorAug 29, 2025Meadows is an absolutely amazing place for kids. One of our best friends referred us to this wonderful school after we had visited several other facilities that raised some concerns. At that time, we were traveling outside the U.S., so our first meeting was online. We were immediately impressed by their patience and professionalism. After we returned, we visited the school right away, though with some worry, since this was our first time sending our son to daycare and he could not understand much English. On the very first day, when we saw his classmates, we were deeply touched—every child in the class was smiling and came to greet us with kindness. We could not see any worries or unhappiness on their faces. At that moment, we decided to send him here, because children never lie—their happiness was genuine. Our decision proved to be completely right. Although my son was sad at the beginning because of the separation from us, within just a few days he could already say all the teachers’ names. We are so grateful for their patience with him, especially since at first they could not fully understand what he was trying to say. I still clearly remember that Tina even used Google Translate to find the right word to tell him it was time to sleep. When he was sad, the teachers always held him and gave him strong support. Thanks to their patience and care, he soon started to love the new environment and has been very happy every day since. The teachers here are extremely professional and treat the kids like their own. They remember every child’s name. What surprised me most was that even teachers from other classes and age groups knew my son’s name, greeted him warmly, and often joked with him. They don’t just take care of the kids—they truly care about them. They follow the Montessori philosophy, respecting each child’s natural growth while offering guidance without interruption. This is very important to us as parents, because we want our child to be educated in a nurturing and respectful way. The staff members are also very kind and approachable. Many of the teachers have worked here for decades, bringing a wealth of experience. Under the leadership of dedicated teachers like Tina, everything is very well organized. During pickup time, the teachers are often sitting with the children, chatting together like a real family. Teachers from different classes are always happy to help one another. When we pick up our son, they eagerly share their observations about his day, which helps us understand his growth and development better. In all, we truly love this school and its teachers. They have been a blessing to our family. If you are looking for a daycare in the area, there is no doubt—choose Meadows!
Chengfei JiangAug 29, 2025We couldn’t be happier with Meadows Montessori! Our 3 children, ranging from 1 to 5 years old, attend, and it has truly been a wonderful experience for our family. The teachers and staff are incredibly caring, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. The Montessori approach has been amazing for our kids. They’ve grown so much in their independence, curiosity, and confidence. We love seeing how engaged and excited they are to learn every day, whether it’s exploring new concepts, building practical life skills, or working collaboratively with their friends. We also appreciate the variety of extracurricular offerings like soccer, music, and dance. These activities not only enrich our children’s learning experience but also allow them to explore their interests and develop new skills without us having to run them to various activities after school. What really sets Meadows Montessori apart is the genuine warmth and sense of community they foster. Our kids feel safe, loved, and encouraged here, and as parents, that’s all we could ever ask for. I highly recommend Meadows Montessori to anyone looking for a nurturing, high-quality Montessori program that truly invests in their children’s growth and development.
Sara FallatiNov 26, 2024This is the most incredible experience our family has ever had with a school. The teachers have completely transformed our son to love school. Every day he comes home so excited for his next day. Our schooling experience before sending him to Meadows Montessori was horrible. When we made the switch to Meadows Montessori under the ownership of Premier he completely changed. By the second day he was talking about how excited he was to go in the next day. I am so thankful for the staff here, and the way they really make your children feel so welcomed and loved.

Questions parents ask about Meadows Montessori
Is Meadows Montessori a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Meadows Montessori holds Maryland licence 1746213520433x916690393833282700, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Frederick County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to October 31, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Meadows Montessori's standing?
- Maryland records Meadows Montessori's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Meadows Montessori licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 12 infant places and 2 school-age places for Meadows Montessori. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does Meadows Montessori operate all year?
- Maryland records Meadows Montessori as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.
Does this page show inspection results for Meadows Montessori?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Meadows Montessori's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
