My daughter's and I love Miss Robin's Daycare. The atmosphere makes us feel right at home. Miss Robin has been very much hands on and attentive to my kids needs. I always feel rest assured they are going to be well cared for and have a good time!! Thank you🥰
Stacy CFeb 17, 2025I had serious concerns about my daughter’s hygiene while attending this daycare. I noticed that when I picked her up, her diaper would still have marks of a bowel movement, which made me question whether she was being properly cleaned. When I brought this up to Miss Robin, she immediately told me my daughter had encopresis and advised me to speak with her pediatrician. After doing so, my pediatrician confirmed that my daughter does not have this condition. However, Miss Robin insisted I get a second opinion and even implied that I might not be properly bathing my child. Following this conversation, Miss Robin became visibly upset and abruptly informed me that my daughter could no longer attend her daycare. When I went to pick up my daughter later that evening, I found that she had left my daughter’s playpen and diaper bag outside in her backyard instead of returning them to me directly. Additionally, she initially assured me that she would provide a refund for Friday, as she had decided my daughter’s last day would be Thursday. However, she later changed her mind and claimed she had “mailed” the check instead of giving it to me in person. In my opinion, Miss Robin is unprofessional and does not handle concerns or constructive criticism well. As a parent, my child’s well-being is my top priority, and I believe any concerns about her care should be addressed with professionalism and respect.
