Tamia ChestnutDec 23, 2025We’ve had an amazing experience with this daycare. The caregivers create a caring, supportive environment and truly focus on each child’s individual needs. Communication is outstanding, with regular updates, photos, and daily feedback. The classroom is clean, safe, and thoughtfully designed with engaging toys and learning activities. This daycare consistently exceeds expectations, and I would highly recommend it to other families.
Bogdan OsykaDec 21, 2025We have 2 children at Owings mills child care. From our experience which my kids have been there for almost 2 years. The management, and the staff have been excellent. They have went above and beyond to show their love for the job and the children they care for. The children are not just tendered to or watched over but they are love and it shows in the attention, affection and attitudes of the management and staff. We have several friends and family members who we've recommend to Owings Mills Child care and they feel the same now that their kids attend. One thing when my husband and I we're choosing childcare we wanted somewhere, where our children could learn, grow, and be loved in our absence. We found it all in one place. If we could give more than a 5star we would.
Ebony luvApr 29, 2023My oldest child transferred to this location ( at the time it was Tooney Town Daycare) when we moved back to Owings Mills in 2020. During that time my youngest started daycare in 2021 . A little after the new owners took over and which it now is Owings Mills Child Care and ELC. Having a child and an infant that was in a center during Covid time was a hard time. But during the transition the new owners made it easy, as they were very warm welcoming and personable. My children always felt loved, safe and are exceling well. My oldest would rather stay at daycare all day than go to school. I love that the staff is personable as well, they don't feel like they are just doing a job. But they treat them as they own. I have no complaints and I would refer anyone to them.

Finding a daycare with staff who are patient and understanding isn’t easy but Owings Mills Child Care is the best. They are simply amazing. Good job and a very big thank you to all the staff. I don’t know how you do it but you really do it
Jaybeesince92Apr 7, 2022My daughter has been to two previous centers and this one is the BEST by far. The owners are very sweet and welcoming. my daughter loves her teachers. Miss. Romain is very patient with my baby and i’ve seen her excel. I’m going to miss this place when she goes to kindergarten next year! I appreciate all of their hard work!
