This is my daughter last year there and is a bitter sweet moment because this center has been nothing but great to us . My daughter started at 2 years old did her final potty training here , has learned all her number , colors and even a little bit of sign language. The staff are amazing !! Really going miss this place for my daughter but its that time for big girl school. Dont regret picking this center for her and am sure you wont either.
merci AlvarezJul 11, 2025My child has attended this daycare for 4 years and our experience has been a great one. As a parent, I can tell that the staff/teachers take a personal interest in ensuring that your child succeeds and really learns what is being taught. This center is also (financially) a great value for the quality of education and attention that your child receives, compared to other centers in the area. I have referred/recommended others to the center and will continue to do so in the future.
LaNita McAllisterSep 23, 2023My children have been attending PVCDC for almost 10 years now. There is no where else I have had as much peace of mind when it comes to my children’s care. I have tried other centers and always come back simply because of the care time they put the children. Not only did my children’s vocabulary explode, but their emotional maturity expanded under their care as well. In our home communicating your feelings and words appropriately is an important part of how we want to raise our children and this is something that the center focuses on as well. Often we as parents are unsure where to turn to when we know that we have to leave our children in the care of other people. It’s a scary idea in the world we live in today. I have never had a problem here. I feel my children are safe and the open communication that I receive from the center helps with that greatly. Thank you PVCDC for caring for the children as the priority of what you do everyday. This type of comfort is hard to find.
Marlena BrowerAug 3, 2023Our family started attending Parkview Child Development Center (PVCDC) in 2014 when my oldest was an infant. Since then we’ve sent two more children and they all stayed until they were ready for pre-k 3 & 4. We cannot thank the staff enough for the amazing care that they have provided and still provide our sons throughout the years. They were all taught so much and went to the next level ahead of some of their peers. From shapes, to animals, letters, numbers, songs, dances and expressing their feelings. The team of teachers are always creating memorable learning moments that our kids often couldn’t wait to show or tell us about. They treat us like family. Still asking about and checking in on our older sons when we pickup youngest. My kids still get excited to see them too when they can go. We highly recommend this daycare as a great place for your child.
Michael Brower JrAug 3, 2023Parkview Child Development Center exceeded all of my expectations for pre school by far! My daughter had structured learning, dedicated teaching staff and a family feel for the environment. They truly educated and cared for my daughter like she was their own. I can never repay them for how instrumental their facility and staff were in preparing my daughter for grade school. The staff is friendly, prompt and a joy to work with. I 1000% recommend Parkview CDC 💜
AK SHEPHERDAug 2, 2023Compassionate, caring and very attentive staff. My child has been attending this center since the age of 3 months old. We have had a great experience and my child loves the staff & classmates. Now enrolled in the pre-k 4 class, he is learning, and growing socially, emotionally and academically each day. Highly recommend!

Questions parents ask about Park View Child Development Center
Is Park View Child Development Center a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Park View Child Development Center holds Maryland licence 1746215801853x658636754905731100, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Prince George's County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to May 31, 2027. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Park View Child Development Center's standing?
- Maryland records Park View Child Development Center's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Park View Child Development Center licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 6 infant places for Park View Child Development Center. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does Park View Child Development Center operate all year?
- Maryland records Park View Child Development Center as a "Full Year" programme. That is the schedule on the licence record rather than a timetable, so confirm term dates and closures with the provider.
Does this page show inspection results for Park View Child Development Center?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Park View Child Development Center's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
