My daughter has been going to play and learn for almost a year now (she’s 15 months, and is in the infant program). ALL of the staff are amazing. From the moment we started- I came without my daughter to tour the daycare, and they remembered me when I came back another day, they even remembered my daughter’s name (never even met her)! Laura the director sits you down in her office and talks through everything with you, she’s always available for any concerns. They utilize the brightwheel app where I get photo/videos, and updates on diapering/food/and naps. The infant room staff Myah, Kim, Vanessa & Akaya (and honestly all the staff) are very caring, they always make us feel welcome and loved. They are always doing art projects, they have someone come and play music on certain days, and they have cute holiday themed events that include the families. I honestly feel so comfortable having my daughter there. It’s very clean, colorful, welcoming & safe! They go above & beyond, would highly recommend!!

I’m well pleased with his progress & we’ll be sad when he goes to kindergarten lol! Play & learn at TowsonTowne is wonderful & a great asset of childcare ❤️

Understandably I was incredibly nervous leaving my kids in a new environment with unfamiliar people, but it has been the best decision I’ve ever made! It feels like the teachers love my babies as much as I do I can see it in their faces at pick up everyday when they’re telling us all about how their days went. If you’re looking for child care look no further, because you’ve found the best there is!

Our little guy is happier and we are so much less stressed and at ease leaving him in wonderful hands. ☺️💗
