Our experience with Primrose has been wonderful! The staff is caring, attentive, and truly invested in each child's growth and development. The environment is safe, clean, and full of engaging activities that support both learning and play. We appreciate the daily and consistent communication and feedback from staff members. We are incredibly grateful for the love and dedication shown every day. We highly recommend to any family looking for a nurturing and supportive place for their child!
Alyssa KennedyApr 10, 2026I have really enjoyed Primorose at Bel Air. I specifically enjoyed the Early Preschool class my child is in. The class is led by Ms. Kayla and Ms. Jenessa. Both are very patient and dedicated to enriching the children. They have focused on teaching their kids fine motor skills in holding crayons, paint brushes, or markers, sensory development, creative arts, and vocabulary development. My child is learning her letters and colors as well. I've been impressed with her development overall. Additionally, I trust the before-school and after-school teachers who give me a sense of peace that my child is safe and well cared for. I recommend Primorose of Bel Air if you live in the area.
Ruth ADec 15, 2025Primrose has been great to our family. All three of our children have attended and my wife and I have nothing but great things to say about Primrose. We didn’t have the best luck at two previous daycares, so we decided to make the switch to Primrose and we are so glad we did. Our children come home each day happy and excited about all the things they did that day. We have also made friends with lots of amazing families there which is an added bonus.
Eric WieciechJul 28, 2025After becoming increasingly dissatisfied with our previous daycare we searched for another center that included learning as well as a stable, friendly, and welcoming environment for our toddler. It's only been a few weeks, but we have been very happy with the switch. The amount of fun, hands-on activities the kids do that are all geared towards learning is great! Our son's teachers have been especially helpful with the transition to a new environment as he adjusts to a new group of kids and a new routine. We are so very glad we found Primrose of Bel Air!
Susan GaetaJul 17, 2025We’ve had such a positive experience at Primrose School of Bel Air. The staff are not only professional and experienced but also incredibly warm and supportive. Our child has communication delays, and the way the team has embraced and supported him has meant the world to us. They truly see and love him for who he is, and that kind of care is hard to find. We feel confident every day dropping him off, knowing he’s in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally supportive environment. Highly recommend!
Lavisha PelaezJul 15, 2025We’ve had such a great experience since joining Primrose! The amount of activities and outdoor time they get is really wonderful. My son looks forward to going every day and I genuinely feel the staff care about him and his development. I would 100% recommend Primrose to any family

Questions parents ask about Primrose of Bel Air
Is Primrose of Bel Air a licensed child care provider in Maryland?
- Yes. Primrose of Bel Air holds Maryland licence 1746218178167x577173516521831300, listed as "CONTINUING - FULL" by the Office of Child Care, Maryland State Department of Education in Harford County. The licence is recorded as Continuing - Full, running to November 30, 2026. Confirm current standing with the Office of Child Care before enrolling.
What does Maryland record about Primrose of Bel Air's standing?
- Maryland records Primrose of Bel Air's status as "In Good Standing". That is a single status field in a snapshot, not a compliance history, and it is not the same as a clean inspection record. Maryland publishes inspection findings separately at checkccmd.org and they are not included here.
How many children is Primrose of Bel Air licensed for?
- Maryland's record lists 18 infant places and 29 school-age places for Primrose of Bel Air. Those are the only two age bands this dataset publishes, so they are not a total capacity and do not describe toddler or preschool places. Ask the provider for its full licensed capacity.
Does this page show inspection results for Primrose of Bel Air?
- No. Maryland inspects licensed child care programmes and publishes the results through Check Child Care Maryland at checkccmd.org. Those reports are not included here, so nothing on this page reflects Primrose of Bel Air's inspection history either way. This page's record comes from Maryland Family Network's LOCATE service, which carries licence and status data rather than inspection findings.
