I absolutely love this school and the staff. They are always so welcoming and informative. I have seen such tremendous growth in my daughter. She loves school, her many friends she’s made, the teachers, and just all around loves going to school. I’m very grateful for finding this school and program! It amazes me that when I go to pick her up she always says she wants to go back which feels so good knowing she is having fun, being taken care of, and learning so much.
Amanda StikeJul 14, 2026Another center's tremendous sudden disappointing change in care turned out to be a blessing because my grandson was fortunate to end up enrolled in Primrose. I provide daily transportation for him and interface with the Primrose staff on a daily basis. The dedication of the staff to the well being and education of my grandson is very heartwarming. The teaching involves so many interesting activities that he is inspired and enjoys learning. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The provided meals are conveinent, tasty and healthy. The classrooms and playgrounds are top tier. Schedule a tour; I am sure you will be impressed.
Bill KellyJun 25, 2026We cannot say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Forest Hill. Following a severe accident at our previous daycare involving our infant, we had to abruptly and unexpectedly pull both of our children (an infant and a toddler) from a facility we once trusted. The thought of starting over somewhere new was incredibly scary and stressful. From the very first moment, Primrose stepped in and completely changed the narrative for us. I scheduled a tour online overnight, and the director called me the very next morning to confirm. They made a terrifying transition feel incredibly safe and seamless. Here are just a few reasons why we love them: The daily app updates and frequent pictures keep us connected to our kids all day long. The owner, director, and teachers are always available, welcoming, and ready to answer any questions we have. Our toddler typically struggles with transitions, but he now literally runs into school every day. He gets so excited that he almost forgets to say goodbye to us! He is obsessed with the Primrose curriculum, loves all the "Primrose Friends" characters, and constantly asks to listen to the Primrose songs at home. The on-site meals are nutritious and well-rounded. I love that if a child wants more, they are happily given seconds, and if they aren't interested in the main meal, the staff goes out of their way to find an accommodation to ensure they are fed. The teachers and administration have been absolutely amazing. They have completely restored our comfort and peace of mind as parents. We feel respected, loved, and treated like family here. We are deeply grateful for how they supported us through a difficult time, and we can’t wait to watch our kids continue to learn and grow at Primrose!
Alicanna SwettJun 24, 2026I have never met anyone more caring on this earth than the owner, Mrs. Seena. Her heart is in the right place and she wants the best for all of the children. My infant son has been with Primrose since it opened! The joy I see in my baby is amazing. I love the pictures I get of the daily activities, that they stick to his routine, and seem to truly care about his wellbeing. They do some really cool stuff throughout the day and I’m confident that he’s learning a lot, even as an infant. I don’t feel like my baby is in a “baby warehouse”. I feel like he’s with people who care and love him as much as I do! In all this time, he’s NEVER come home with diaper rash, random bumps, bruises, scratches or other things. I feel like it’s important to note these things because I hope that other parents will read this and trust Mrs. Seena is doing the right thing with caregivers. I saw the things written on here about the director and all I can say is that if the experience was THAT bad, 1. they should get the right name, and 2. Should report these things to Mrs. Seena. As a minority, I take these things very seriously and it’s horrible to see those things written on here. I can’t speak for others’ experiences, so I hope those people reported their experiences to Mrs. Seena and didn’t just come to Google to air their grievances.
Olivia HigginsJun 24, 2026I can’t say enough wonderful things about Primrose School of Forest Hill. From the moment we joined the school community, we felt supported and welcomed. Seena is an incredibly hands-on owner who truly cares about the children and families, and Sally is an outstanding director who goes above and beyond to ensure everything runs smoothly. The teachers are caring, dedicated, and passionate about what they do. They helped prepare our daughter for kindergarten in a remarkably short amount of time while making her preschool experience fun, engaging, and memorable. When it was time to graduate, we were sad to leave, but we felt confident knowing she was fully prepared for the next step. I would highly recommend Primrose School of Forest Hill to any family looking for a nurturing and high-quality early education experience. In fact, our son will be attending this fall, and we are excited for him to have the same wonderful experience.
Colleen DiNunnoJun 23, 2026I am honored to share a deeply felt perspective on a remarkable professional journey my daughter undertook. She had the opportunity to work with the proprietor, Ms. Senna, and the Director, Sally, at Primrose School, Forest Hill MD. Her experiences with the school’s leadership have been profoundly inspiring and overwhelmingly positive. They illuminate, with clarity and heart, how purposeful, empathetic, and principled leadership can elevate the entire organization empowering staff, nurturing growth, and cultivating a thriving, collaborative workplace. I have encouraged my daughter to continue her professional path within the school, especially under Ms. Senna’s stewardship. Ms. Senna’s leadership has already left a meaningful imprint on her development, guiding her toward greater confidence, resilience, and a committed sense of service. It is a testament to how thoughtful, values-driven leadership can shape not only organizational outcomes but the aspirations and character of the individuals who contribute to the mission.
